I think she looks awful on the cover, but the other photos are good.

Her face doesn't convey (most powerful) superhero to me. She's a good actress so i'm sure she'll pull it off though.

Yup! He plays Talos, who is the leader of the Skrulls. In the pics above, I (believe) he's the lead Skrull and the shot right below that shows him in his human "form".
