the thing that still worries me about the CMs ( humans anyway) is the longevity of the silicone/rubber used. this was a major issue many were wondering about when these 1st came out and i've yet to here any definitive info about it. i asked at Statue Forum but was told to email CM, and they never replied. i'd REALLY hate to have my $1500 statue turn to goo or crack in about 5-7 years.
I have been wondering about that as well.

I've read some say that the likeness is "off" but I think Indy is just as good as Sparrow. If they can correct the beard this is an easy decision.

Also the pics of Aragorn coming out of Toyfair show the figure off in a much better light. The hairline is still a dealbreaker, but I'm starting to see Viggo there.

The manufacturer discusses this on the FAQ at the their website.

Anyone who pays $1500 or thereabouts for that needs their head examined IMO.
I've said this before that for the sort of price CM ask for these pieces the likenesses should be nothing less than perfect with no excuses and with Aragorn that's 2 out of 4 human characters they've done that look mediocre.
The costumes are great but who wants an Indy that only looks a bit like HF?

Other than the stubble being too long and the eyes too bright what's so wrong with it? I think it looks outstanding myself and with a couple of minor tweaks would become THE quintessential INDY collectible.

I don't think just because you pay the asking price makes you anything more than dedicated. I payed 2200 bucks for my original balrog so heck 1500 is cheap. :lol

Wow, these pics make him look even better.

yea, he really does look like the best CM IMO to have been made. What is REALLY excellent is the eyes. They looks so real.

Likeness is definetly there, with a few touch-ups to the eyebrows, eye colour and beard, it should be awesome:chew !

It's amazing how much the eyes make a difference.
