According to a bunch of scummers it is a mistake. They have been calling and getting assured it was an error. A sorry this happened e-mail is supposed to go out in a couple of days. Jeez Hasbro,WTF?

That's right - it's a mistake.

I got the same email today. So I called Hasbro about it and apparently it was a big computer glitch and no one's order is really cancelled. Loads of people got this email. They just keep causing more and more confusion with this whole thing.

I was restrained and respectful in my response e-mail, but I let them know in no uncertain terms that I was highly displeased with the way this order has been handled and requested that they refund my shipping as a gesture of good faith. I did point out I was aware of other collectors being given this courtesy just because of the discount code mistake and I was asking for this after dealing with TWO problems.

Well i just got back from spending the last 3 hrs in jail.(long story)And now i see that my luke order is reactivated after i canceled it cause of the code dealih well i guess i'll just keep it now.(why did they reactivate? )

Update here...

Received an e-mail from HTS Customer Service. They took the shipping and handling off from my order per my request. So provided everything else goes smoothly, I'll give them another shot and see if my experience is any better.

Although my order status now says "Partially Shipped"

It's a one piece order, so am I getting the cardback separately???

Man, with all these issues, I'm glad I never even knew of /used the coupon code, I haven't had to deal with any emails or issues over this thing, and according to my HTS account both my Lukes shipped yesterday, so they'll be racing the droids to see who gets to me first, then I'll have R2 & 3PO, Chewbacca, Boba Fett, Luke and the Stormie, can't wait for Vader and Old Ben.

Thats cool it ended up being the CIV version. That also makes sense why the coupon code didnt work.
