Me too. Cody is definitely one of those "Break Rank" figures that MediCom could offer. Jango was one, Cody is another....can't wait for SSC's versions bring on the Clone King!:D

yeah, those are get one from each company figures assuming both do them.

by the time SST gets to Cody, your grandkids will have sold off your collection to ebay...

I can't wait to try my hand at Josh's Clone..... Funny thing is... I'm Josh2 and am being paid by Josh1 to paint a "clone"... and am I not a "clone" of Josh?? :rotfl

And yeah I have to agree with everyone else... Model Master Acryl is best, watered down at different degrees. It's best to gather tons of reference and practice on something else before applying the paint, but battle damage is the most fun thing in the world to do. The markings are no picnic, but that's because of the high level of detail involved.

I might actually try and score a Clone for myself, just to try and tackle a Shock Trooper. :D

Mine is here now what to do. I had really thought about doing a shock trooper, but I am unsure if I can pull it off. I think the 501st would be much easier but there seems to be a few of those around and Josh is going to be doing on.

Do a 501st. Then we can have our own legion.

You can always do one with a distinguishing mark... like a badass burn on the helmet or a sharp cut on the torso or arms.... I plan on a cool slice on the facemask, something to match my own scars. Something I actually planned way back when I had my own Stormtrooper armor and was going to join the 501st.

i believe this is where the real rewards of the hobby come into play! the clone is simply one's canvass... do it up! there really is no wrong way... each clone recruit would have had an individual sense of personal branding / weathering / battle damage... you decide!

haha, i love how you put it.:rotfl

the customizers here should get together, start up a site and do commisions for people...but automation's "YOU DECIDE!" should definitely be the catchphrase. kinda like those "make your own teddy bear anyway you like! you decide!" auto, you should be their representative and do info-mercials! :lol :lol :lol

Model Master Acryl? Ok where can I find this. I went to Aaron Brothers, the only art place I know of around me.

Is there anyway to get all of the Armor of these. I can get all the leg armor off, all the arm armor off except for the shoulder caps. I am not able to get the chest or lower body armor off either. It seems like the shoulder caps are glued to the suit. Any one do this yet, I think its going to be way easier to do this with the armor off.

hairdryer or the big armor pieces, its vinyl so goes soft and flexible with heat... the shoulder armor is glued on but on in small areas......
