Is there a shortage of Super7 Alien figure preorders, and in particular the Early Bird Kit?

I've messaged Jose on FB but I know he only has a dumb phone.

The prototype set sold out completely last night (****ers!!!)

The early bird kit was supposed to be available again as of this morning but that's the last I heard.

I expect them to start showing on eBay soon. I saw one buyer had 8 or 9 listed because according to their listing, they have a team working for them and they've been buying exclusives for years.

That's pretty much what Preview Night is for. There are literally people (likely scalpers) with heaping bags of stuff. It's crazy. I actually spent $0 last night. Wound up spending a lot of time talking to the SSC people and the Marvel people.

What? Someone that actually collects stuff on preview night? If they did all this stuff online, it would free up so much space.

I'll be there Saturday. Is that Nathan drake 1/6 figure? SS where's the last of us?

I've been tracking the set since this morning when my hookup told me that they were gone by the time he got to the booth last night. They sold out in less than 2hrs... I put in a few offers on Ebay but I just don't think it's something I want to pay $90 for, $70, maybe. Maybe I can pick one up down the road.

Quick questions for those whom attended SDCC before. When sales go up for tickets, can I buy multiple tickets for me and family members in one shot? Or do each of us have to purchase our own tickets separately?

I believe each person has to have their own member id but one person can buy multiple for each member id.

Spending some time at the Sideshow floor made me change my opinion on some 1/6 Hot Toys figures. I didn't care much about the Joker Mime version but it looks amazing in person. The head sculpt is insane.

Mandarin looks great. I might end up getting that too.

60's Batman is pretty much wysiwyg.

Roadblock and Joe Colton actually looked better than I anticipated. But still the movie just left such a sour taste that I'll pass on these.

I was a bit disappointed with Catwoman's belt. Maybe it was just the lighting but it looked too rubbery and seemed to break the flow of her costume. Then again maybe it's just me.

Iron Man - I didn't like Silver Centurion and loved Heartbreaker from photos. In person, SC has more presence than HB. But really you just realize there are just way too many Iron Man. I am leaning towards canceling all my Iron Man orders altogether.

Sideshow's Drake from Uncharted and the new Luke and Han all look amazing. Dare I say almost to HT standards if they aren't already. Hopefully production matches prototypes.

Lucky... when I found out this morning that my hookup up fell through it pretty much ruined the rest of my day.

I highly doubt it but if anyone else was able to secure an extra set of the Prototype Super 7 figures, please let me know.

Well, I wasn't after the protos like you were. Just the kit, which I figured would last since it would seem they'd want to sell as many full five set figures as possible...
