I have a question for you guys since I'm a newbie to this line.

I read back in this thread and saw that they did a re-release of Wonder Woman and a couple others I think back in December. I'm thinking the one I have coming to me might be from the second run and I was wondering if you guys know what the difference is? Did they increase the ES or is it a totally new run and ES? I just want the statue so it doesn't bother me or anything but I'm just curious.

I got one of the second releases of Zatanna for a friend and it just carried on from the 1st batch because not all 5000 shipped, so it was a number leading up to that 5000. I hope that answered your question.

I have 2 of those each. I bought them and a month later my sister got me the same ones. She didn't know. I'm just keeping the ones that she gave me because those are extra special.

Thanks for the info BC. I guess DCD wanted to gauge how popular this line was gonna have, so maybe that's why they didn't release all 5,000.

Anyway, Wonder Woman is officially on her way but she won't be here until Thursday. This is gonna be one of the hardest waits I've ever had to endure for a statue cause I'm really excited to get it.

Are there any changes to the paint apps on the second releases? I know the original Wonder Woman had a slight orange skin tone.

In some peoples pics for some reason look orange, but there not. I have the 1st release. Just go back to page 55.

Well I've finally decided to dive into the Cover Girls line!

I tried to stay away from this line as long as I could but I just couldn't anymore. I'm definitely not gonna be getting all of them but I have others lined up that I want to get at some point.

So I guess I'm an official member of the group now right?

Thanks tyler! Yeah like I said I tried to stay away from this line but in the end I just couldn't. Adam Hughes is another one of my favorite artists so that made the decision easier. I plan on this line and the Yamashi.ta related figures being the only things I collect for a while. Unless something else really big comes out but I think it's best, at least for me, to slim down what I collect as much as possible.

As for which ones I want in this line, Catwoman and Powergirl are definite pick-ups at some point. Poison Ivy I'd like to get but I'm still not convinced on a couple aspects of the statue. My most wanted piece that I want to see is Supergirl, with Batgirl probably falling in behind her.

I'm still managing to resist anyone non-Gotham, but I'm anxious to see how she turns out.

I'm also hopeful that new announcements are on the horizon now that we're only waiting on two.
