Well I don't know that they need to provide an explanation, but communication sure can be nice. A lot of companies will give you free shipping on orders over a certain $ amount. Obviously this can depend on the shipping method and the size/weight of the package.

It would just be nice to have some understanding into the shipping being charged. I don't think it's unreasonable to have some understanding of the charges being paid.

You guys are complaing over $5-10 bucks. You guys need to understand living stateside we have it easy. If I was an international customer, dear lord I would be full of joy if my total cost for shipping was under $50 for a hot toy. When you factor in duties and taxes, we are getting off cheap

Like I said, it's all relative. If I want to import something from a retailer outside of the US, like XM Studios, I also have to pay a large sum for shipping. That's like saying I can't complain at a US restaurant for bad food because there are starving people in other countries that would gladly have that meal. You don't have to accept something as it is just because it could be worse. Of course in this situation it really is a small amount. With the rising cost of these products though and additional shipping on top of that, it is worth taking note of at least.

That code was for getting a free faction kit. I believe it's expired.

I just got the email. Tried it, and it went to check out but it declined my card. No reason for it to do that. I checked and everything is fine. My flex payments go through fine. Oh well.

I just tried it and you're right, now it works but I get the declined notice as well. Something sure needs a fixin'....

I tried it on each of the kits but no go. I would think it would say sold out or coupon expired instead.

I got that code like 4 months ago... maybe they reinstated it but didn't turn it back on in the system.
