I had a problem with some of my rewards points to. The totals for some of the bonus reward point orders wasn't correct in my queue. Called SS and asked them, they said it would correct itself when the reward points became active. Well, I waited, and they weren't corrected. Called SS and they said they would report it to the web team. That was over a month ago.
I don't like that you can't see more information about your reward points. Like when you got them and what item(s) you got them on. A breakdown would be nice.

I agree that the Rewards page should show "awarded points" in addition to "pending points." Also, the monthly statements aren't very good. They should show exactly what points were earned that month, like other reward programs. Since they don't have that, to reconcile my points I look at the order history. Each order shows "pending points" or "awarded points." It takes a lot more time, since I need to find and look at each item that shipped each month. I hope they enhance the website and/or statements to show information for points awarded.

The fine print technically tells you the code is not stackable with any other offer, but I don't think they always enforce the rule depending on what the item is. I'd just go in assuming that even if the order goes through with all discounts, you might get a notice from SSC asking you to choose which promo you want to lose or advising you that they are going to drop one of the discounts and to contact them if you want to cancel or work it out otherwise.

You'd think they'd let the order slide just to get rid of inventory. Even after the crazy Spook discounts on MoS Superman, which were repeated a couple of times up through December, they still have enough stock to allow you to order 10 units at a time. Wow. Just slash the price and be done with it - maybe they're holding onto them until Batman vs. Superman premieres.

I used the coupon on the Hellboy PF today and the order went through with the coupon, the sale price and free shipping. Haven't gotten anything from Sideshow yet saying they're not accepting it. $340 shipped was too good to pass up so I hope they allow it.

You're only able to apply one discount at checkout so adding that to an already discounted item should be fine.

That's kinda what I was thinking. To be honest, I think if the order goes through on their website then they should honor it. If there's an issue with adding a coupon to a piece on sale then they should program the cart to not allow the transaction. I'm crossing my fingers that they allow it.

I've never had a problem adding a discount code to a discounted item. It's pretty much just no combining codes that you apply yourself and no combining codes with reward points. The only time I've heard of SS canceling an order was when it was due to a glitch in their system. Like a discount code working on an item it wasn't intended for or a code taking a larger amount off the total than intended.
