I placed an order through a customer rep for a figure at a specified price and was charged a different price. Have sent a few emails but no response. Need to know if I will be refunded the difference before the figure arrives.

I'm sure once you get a hold of them they'll fix it up for you. Maybe try live chat.

Now... Has Sideshow opened up a new haggling method of buying? I haven't seen any buttons for it, but I'd definitely be into submitting "best offer" on a few things.

I hear ya, but I called last Friday and was told they would get back to me. Yesterday, nothing. Today, nothing. How long does it take to contact someone over I price discrepancy?

You guys are complaing over $5-10 bucks. You guys need to understand living stateside we have it easy. If I was an international customer, dear lord I would be full of joy if my total cost for shipping was under $50 for a hot toy. When you factor in duties and taxes, we are getting off cheap

I don't think anyone was "complaining." And I agree that we have it good compared to those outside of the US. I've ordered certain things from overseas and I learned that if I can get it stateside, I will.

Yeah, the annoying thing is is that every Spooktacular, black friday sales etc savings aren't as impressive for me as the savings generally only cover the shipping costs. Takes the fun out of it for me

Can't be used on new pre-orders. Within 1-2 months usually means 'new'.

Has anybody else had there reward points corrected? I sent screenshots to customer service for my orders that don't say double points or triple points they show specific dollar amounts as cash back yet the answer i got seemed completely automated and didnt reference what I sent them. Message me if you have had anything corrected. I know its 5-10 bucks but across 5-6 orders that like 40 dollars for me especially when the Hulk banner was supposed to earn 51 dollars in rewards. Same here. They only gave me $49 instead of $53-54 (stated on product page) back in RP.

I'll call them tomorrow.

Did you use an additional discount on top of the already straight discount offered on the piece you bought? If so, that will bring reward points down since reward points are earned on the $$$ amount you spend out of pocket.

You'll have to contact CS to get a final answer (and they can dig deeper into your order) but I believe by using the 30% coupon code on it, it knocked a few bucks off the reward points.
