Great episode. I'm starting to think the step dad isn't one of the "corrupt" which would be great. The new story arc isn't something I thought they'd tackle so soon, but given the timing of the Hood appearing and the return of Oliver, I think it was inevitable.

Im thinking the same thing! The guy who plays him is a cool actor also, i can see him getting involved on a much bigger scale.

Yeah, I think it's becoming pretty clear he's not one of the baddies. The mother is obviously keeping that part of her life secret from him.

It was cool to see Captan Jack, I forgot Barrowman was part of the show. He should make a great villain.

Deathstroke showed up tonight. Awesome, though his mask was a little large. Oliver's origin is awesome. Love the fact that he is a killer vigilante.

Another great episode. Although the writing isn't always top calibre, they sure make it entertaining and I'm pretty sure this is the first show I've watched where I enjoy the backstory as much as the present.

I like the show, but if they think we can believe a cunning, ninja trained vigilante is that dumb, then this show is over for me

You mean The Terminator? In the books he never really loses. But so far I like the show. The part were the guy see all the rich billionaire toys. Was priceless. It's been some time since I have read green Arrow but I thought speedy was a light white boy?

This show definitely rocks. I'm really surprised it turned out this good. First I thought it was just a Smallville ripoff, but I find myself rushing to get home on time each week.

I wasn't expecting much from this and expecting more from the Last Resort. But Arrow has really got better and better, the big thing for me is this nice little story going back to the island and what happened to him there. It works well just show little clips here and there as he remembers.

Dig was military/special forces so he should be very well trained. He isn't just a rent a cop bodyguard.

I saw that whole "dig dresses as Arrow" as a homage to the old Adam West Batman show. Alfred would dress as Batman and no one noticed he was a full head taller and had a white moustache!
