Really cool interview! And awesome that you are so willing to take on commission work.

I think what you really need to do is make a 1/6 head of Arthur Fonzarelli! The Fonze needs love in 1/6 :rock

Got my two Joker heads today and they are GREAT! Thank you Chris and Chris!:chew

(The Hot Toys sculpt got into one of the pics somehow, oops)

Edited to include pictures I just took.

The flood gates are opening!! It's a really satisfying feeling when the heads start getting into the hands of the fans. Deep sigh of relief after living with the sculpt for so long.

Glad you like 'em. Chris C. did a marvelous job as usual. He makes me look good!

REALLY interesting to see mine next to the HT Joker. First time I've seen the direct comparison. I'm pretty happy with the results...

Hey All!

Just wanted to let everyone know my Figures.com interview is up. I'm the hairy disreputable looking fellow with the Tiki idol.

Go to Figures.com and click on the Licky Joker at the top the page.

And to answer the burning question on everybody's mind, yes, I did base Santa's physique on my own. :naughty

Hey Chris,

I don't know how to say this without it sounding weird, so I am just going to put it out there. You have really nice hair. I guess I thought you would be bald, with a really nasty scar over your eye from a sculpting mishap. Just goes to show you can't judge people by their internet persona.

That is all. :lol

Uh, OK.... I'll take that as a compliment. :D

It's a wig. I photoshopped the scars out. And there are oh so many. Yes, there has been much pain.

My wife, Kim, picked that photo out, BTW. I wanted to use one where I'm wearing a Hawaiian Shirt and grimacing like the Tiki. She also vetoed the one where I was showing a little too much skin.

I think I look a bit like a dweeb in the one you see. Too serious. I wish I had a rubber alligator sticking out of my shirt or something.

Very cool article, Chris! I guarantee you that I'll be contacting you to do a 1/6 sculpt of me! Seriously ... I want to be an action figure!

And the hair ... well ... coming from a guy who doesn't have much, I'll be an easy sculpt. :rotfl But I immediatly thought 'Bob Seger' when I saw your picture in the article. :rock :rock2

Love Bob Seger! Rock on!

Can't wait for Chris/Kuato to contact me about painting my heads ... I'm waiting!!!

Keith

Great article on Figures.com Chris.
It is nice to know you are another product of Kenner toys.
You and Chris C. make a great team! It's nice to see your work showcased.

Oh, yeah. First thing I thought was, "Wonder if he conditions?" J/k. Good to see a face to the "voice". You have been a great addition here. And in the future I will be having you make me in 6th scale, but I'll be usng a pic from my B.Building days, one w/o the extra chin.

Chris, that really is a fantastic interview and I'm not just saying that because you mentioned me :angelsmil, keep up your genius talent buddy :)
BTW I agree, nice hair hehe :monkey3, sorry man I had to throw that in there

That's it! I'm cutting it off....

Haha, you can't cut it man, thats too much time that has gone into growing it, plus we all know the source of your sculpting power comes from your hair so as long as you keep sculpting like this I say Keep it! :monkey3 Nah serously though its good for everyone to put a face to the artist and your coolness shows in your sculpts as well man, I wish I could grow my hair or facial hair but in my other Job it isn't allowed, you got it made brother, oh well..some day :)

Yeah Chris dont cut your hair us long haired dudes have to stick together, I still get crap from my dad to cut my hair everytime I go visit, but Im a long haired metal head 4 life. Awsome interview it was a great read. :rock:rock:rock
