Han pics!!!! Some are pretty crazy... but I was having fun...

I really didn't need to do much, I just touched up the hairline and lightened the hair a little with some drybrushing. Other than that I loved the paint apps.

Thanks guys! Yeah there were so many cool ways to pose Han... so it was a lot of fun to do... And I figured Shai would get a kick out of that last one, so I set it up "special"... just for him!

Thanks Mikey! I've started to pose these things so often that now I just go crazy with ideas as soon as I open the box. And it's just fun seeing how lifelike you can get these little plastic figures....

Again Josh, you paint app is excelent....With anything you paint now, it seems to come out nearly perfect. You have definitely gotten a firm grip on your painting skills. Its a home run EVERY time now. Its pretty cool to see just how far you have come.


Edit....I need to send you Connors head for some stubble and lip work.....I'am extra lazy though and have a hard time doing things..LOL...Can you PM me your address though, just in case I ever get off my ass.

Damn man! Nice paint job on Supes... really makes the sculpt look great! The hint of stubble is a nice touch and adds the the realism.

As I said in the Supes thread, your skills have evolved to a whole new level. You're right up there with Customikey and Figuremaster Les.

Wow.....thanks to everyone who was so kind to leave words of encouragement and praise. I am still kind of in shock as to how it all came together. This figure was one I was very worried about messing up. He's my favorite 12 inch figure and because of that I did not want to destroy it. Lucky for me, Les had already done such a wonderful repaint... so at least I had an example to learn from.

I did things carefully and step by step until I was satisfied, and I think that it caused my skills to evolve a bit. I honestly still cannot believe I painted him. The eyes are my best yet, as is the hair... I seriously can not stop looking at him.

Thank you all... I hope my next paintjob is as great as this one was.

That's the way I do it too! Sometimes the shades are so subtle, you're n ot sure if you're even doing anything until you get the pupil in! Awesome work!

Great Paintjob on the Ht Supes.Looks flawless.And the eyes look amazing.So much detail and life in that paint job.
