Thanks guys! I have been working a good bit today.. But faced another setback after checking the mail. I was trying to open a box and sliced open my right thumb, on the pad no less. So it's making painting a bit of a struggle.

But I promise you guys, I will get something done this weekend. I'll just focus through the pain.

That sucks! One thing I've noticed in movies is they never seem to realize just how much small cuts on the hands or fingers really are! They make doing anything so painful!

Good luck Josh. Hopefully you can put a band-aid and neosporin on it to heal it up faster.

Thanks bro! And great news for all those awaiting Jasons and Roys. The mask mold is on the way and once it gets here... masks will start flowing out with the quickness.

Also, I wanted to share this with you all. I've been working for a long time on an eventual movie Conan figure.. just finished wrapping the hilt of the mini sword... thought I would show you guys.

Thats a sweet sword dude. what 1/6 body would work best with that sword?? Sucks about your thumb dude, for me it seems like the little cuts on my hands take forever to seal up and are more of a pain in the but to deal with. dang Les hurt his finger and you sliced yours looks like some ones coming after the painters of the board. I better warn Chris.

Josh, you made that Conan sword from scratch?!?!

That's insane!! What is it made of? How did you get the metallic look to the sword? The detailing on that is unreal. You gotta put that up on ebay and see if you get an email from Arnold Schwarzenegger.

I love the detail you added to the sword, I am using the same one for my conan though was thinking of how I could make the handle better. You did it perfect!

Oh Noo... I WISH! That sword is made by Marto, I just added the string to the handle.

But it's really a badass item, PERFECT 1/6 scale... for any Conan fig.. it's a MUST.

And Sixtus... dude, that is exactly what I thought... First Les... now me. Maybe there is some sort of jinx to all who are late.

And MenloJames... I appreciate that bro! I was going back and forth on how best to do that, whether it would be to paint it... or try and find a way to replicate that cord wrapped hilt. So I started brainstorming.. found the brown string and started wrapping. It came out fantastic, Now I just need to make the figure already.

Hey Josh, hope your thumb is better! I haven't been on your thread in a while since I had to evacuate Houston cause of Hurricane Ike. But I am back now and am one of the lucky 5% of Houstonians who have power and utilities. They said it could take weeks to months to get all of Houston back to normal power. Anyhoo, keep up your great work and looking forward to more pictures.

I have a HUGE essay that I am writing, and on top of wrecking my thumb.. my Wife had her B-day get together this weekend, so it was Hell on trying to get anything done. But I am finishing up the paper tonight and will hit the paints hard the rest of the week.
