Since this is coming out soon, has anyone gotten the email from SS to pay their last flex payment sooner?

I have both my sith planned for the 15th 2 sith arriving at the same time next month. I'm superstoked to get both at exact same day! EPIC it will be...

Just switched this to flex-- too much stuff (and Santa's got bills to pay) on the immediate horizon. I'll live vicariously through the pics that you guys post for a few months.

At least he's on flex so will arrive eventualy. I said it before and say it again...Much patience this hobby has taught me... Beside's always something to look forward to later after others already have you still get to savior the moment when he arrive's.

Most definitely. The wait is worth it.

I'm regrettably (sp?) selling the exclusive version of this guy for $175 plus free shipping in the sales thread. Obviously losing money but I've fallen on hard times :(

Can't wait to see how Malgus comes out but for me I had to cancel Malgus long with some of my other orders even new orders. Too many interfering within the same month plus want to save up for a new car. May get him down the road but just glad I'm keeping my Vader order and hoping to get the Hot Toys Robocop when he comes out. Times are tough for sure.

I take it you're a fan of the hasbro blades then?

I do not mind the pointed blades as sometimes the "at rest" blades would appear to tip out in the movies, but I like the look of the thick blades to rep the Old republic look cause their blades stay uniform at rest and on clash. I would have preferred they just reversed the blades as they're being released is all.

As to the Hasbro blades, tbh I can't really remember what they looked like, I remember I couldn't keep my blades on Maul looking right, but its been years since I've had any.

Mostly my comment was just a joke though, cause I know you also play SWTOR so you know what the blades look like, its not like I was telling you something you didn't know. :nana:

Gotcha. Haven't played since March when my sub ran out. TOR was a massive disappointment for me.

I keep calling them the hasbro blades, as they were large and thick, somewhat uniform, and suffered from bending under their own weight, much like the one that came with padawan obi wan.

Dumb question maybe; but why does malgus's lightsaber have two blades on it anyway? I mean; it's a lightsaber, it cuts through just about anything well enough on it's own anyway.

It's just a design choice. A fancy and menacing blade guard.
Likely he could also use it to stab someone if he didn't want to engage the lightsaber blade itself.
And there's a long history in sword fighting of using the pommel or the blade guard to punch your opponent in close quarters combat.
