This is the best of all of the Mythos line.


Two heads, three or four right arms....killer paint effect.....

I think it might even have 3 heads. One with helmet and two different depictions of Vader without the mask. One younger and more "Hayden Christensen" and another more "Sebastian Shaw" a bit elder (but early elder)...exactly in relation as Obi-Wan's Mythos head sculpts.

It's a little strange that his suit is tattered/torn but his helmet is untouched. Still, it's not enough to keep me away from this magnificent piece.

Think I like the look with helmet on/fist raised the best. The arm with the glove removed and robot hand exposed is unexpected and kinda nice, would display well with or without helmeted head. I really like the versatility of this piece!

It is kind of old news but the added pics look great!! I'm just a bit weary about that last one with the flame base. I don't know if it's WIP or what but it looks very much plain yellow.

I imagine first half of 2013. But you never know. Especially these days with all these pushbacks and releases.

I don't think it can. We're pretty much already in 2013 and before Vader we have to get Maul, Obi-Wan, Bobba Fett and Gomorrean Guard....
I see this more around end of 2013.

I remember seeing several head sculpts for the upcoming 1/2 scale Wolverine but they ended up doing just one. I have a feeling that this statue might not come with all those right arms and extra heads... One extra head for sure like the others.....They might be just testing to see which ones the final product will have.

Now, I hope I'm wrong and we will have older Vader, young Vader and helmet Vader as well as arm holding the helmet, arm holding lightsaber, arm with open hand and arm closer to chest holding a lightsaber....

I wish we knew when its going up for pre order....

IMO they will include as many as possible, partially to justify how much they will charge for him. Obi-Wan price at a minimum, probably.

If they can pull off the paintjob, this one is going to look killer. Still hoping to see an a new character glimpsed for this line before the 12 days are over.
