IMO they will include as many as possible, partially to justify how much they will charge for him. Obi-Wan price at a minimum, probably.

I have to agree. Some say it should be $300 but with all the extra stuff I don't see this being less than Kenobi statue. I will say same price.....

I do have to say that I don't have any Star Wars PFs or statues but I'm really looking forward to getting these ones. Obi and Vader are on my list and maybe....maybe Boba....

This line is very cool and the sculpts are amazing.

I've caved and ordered Obi, Fett and this when it's up.

Wishful thinking, I know, but it'd be cool if this was one of those pre-orders they have already to go like they did with some of the 1/6 figures.

That might be the camera's angle that is distorting the proportions.

Can't happen by himself. He's listed as a prop and in order to do him as a statue he has to be paired with another character.

I thought it was any "sculpted" medium. The 1/6 falls into the "action figure" category and the 1/4 is obviously the PF versions and the Mythos is 100% sculpted.

However, I reserve the right to be wrong.

But, Kotobukiya has made lone, sculpted Yodas. Do they fall under action figures? Or are Asian license holders exempt from the stipulations that North American license holders are?

I think the Asian licensees fall under a different category. An example being when they were still producing 1/6 figures and SS got the exclusive rights for the 1/6 many years ago.

But, as Peter Griffin would say, "I digest..." the Mythos Vader looks very good and it will be interesting to see what arms/heads he might come with.

Sideshow doesn't have exclusive rights to 1:6. Medicom is still doing figures (albeit very infrequently).

Cool idea but the damn head is too small and doesn't fit the body at all. What is it with disproportionate heads these days?

Actually I suggested to Sideshow a while ago a Yoda and Chewbacca Mythos and got a response that it was a good idea so who knows....

Maybe they will continue the line after Vader pre order.....
