Why would cloth lessen the price? Wouldn't it in fact increase the price? Due to development and production costs.

I never said it should lessen the cost, but a statue that is mostly cloth, SS should have paid closer attention to the minor details.

But it still had flaws and it was about 2200 shipped to the door.. come on man if you say 2k should be a masterpiece, you cant over look that the paint is crappy even if its in a spot no one will notice when you take pictures.

I only payed 1700 shipped for my IM, and the paint isn't crappy at all. The only thing I would have liked is if they didn't put so many grease marks on him. When did I say 2k should be a masterpiece? Even if I collected SW, which I will never will unless SS releases a life size Jawa, Maul has too many things I don't like about it to even pay close to 2k for him.

Look obviously we should congratulate people who got theirs and enjoy them because in the end that's all that matters.
At the same time people should be able to criticize a piece and explain the reasons why they are not getting it.

And frankly I have the Mythos and I love it but to say it has better paint app than the LSF seems like a bit of an exaggeration to me.

On the fact that I have both in front of me plus the SS darth maul
Life size bust and they both have better paint jobs. I know I'm not
Going crazy so I ask my friend for unbiase opinion he doesn't collect
Statues let's see what he saids. He said the same thing LSF is really orange
when you see it in the light. He said the paint job doesn't look nice like the bust & Mythos darth. Again not trying to kill anyone's buzz if you are happy with this

Agreed!!! The exaggeration is most likely due to that they couldn't afford it so they're sending it back or never had it in the first place.
