Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

How familiar are you with Michael Mann's films, or better yet, his approach to developing his characters and actors portraying those characters?

Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

Oh, I'm a snooty old lady because I enjoy films with substance, that aren't mindless ADD CGI fapfests. Gotcha. :lol

Why is this guy so short tempered with everyone on here?

"This guy" doesn't have a short temper, and it's not towards everyone. I have a low tolerance for the behavior of some members here.

I wish the ignore system wasn't so useless. You shouldn't be able to view the posts of someone you've ignored, or see them when quoted. Otherwise I wouldn't be replying to this. [emoji38]

Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

You sure seem to get snippy and hostile with members on here needlessly. I don't even recall interacting with you and yet you got condescending with me the other week in the Star Wars section. I see you doing the same thing with other members who seem relatively harmless. Then making digs towards Jye, pretty much the nicest person on these forums? I don't get it.

If most users seemingly annoy you on here to the point where you put them on ignore for petty reasons, why participate? It doesn't make any sense. I've been annoyed with plenty of users on here but never to this extent.

Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

A-dev is the nicest guy on here, followed by Greygoose.

I dont like the back-and-forth, unfunny jokey nonsense from Mr. Jye that clogs every thread in this section. Its vomit-inducing and no one should be forced to suffer through post after post of that pointless crap. And all the unfunny jokes tend to be in favor of that irrational comic-book fanbaby crowd, the kind that are so hostile, stubborn and defensive. The kind that call Superman a "murderer", or **** all over non-Marvel Studios films, etc.

Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

A-dev is also great, I agree. He's probably my favorite person on here. Yet . . . he too participates in all those things you just described that bother you, especially the Man of Murder slagging. :lol

You need to grow a thicker skin man. The crap that is apparently getting on your nerves is really harmless and mostly just throw away, jokey opinions. You haven't even been here for a year yet, I've never butted heads with you, and apparently I'm infuriating enough to warrant putting on ignore? What the ****? I've clashed with users like Gaspar and pturtle before and yet I don't have any built up animosity with them, nor they with me. I think they're cool!

Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

jye is a good-hearted member. That's a rare thing, and something this forum could use a lot more of. If you take issue with his posts, put him on ignore, but don't run a guy like that down.

Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

Thank you DiFabioburger and karaburger.

You 2 are actually Royal with cheese. :lol

I don't know why Xeno is mad at me, I discuss movies no different than anyone else.

We're discussing silly cbm not childhood cancer, where is the harm in lolz.

Besides, I'm a lover not a fighter. :lol

C'mon Xeno, don't be a hypocrite, we all joke around with these movies.

Just relax, I certainly don't have any issues with you. It's the Internet for Christs sake. :lol

DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

I would say I've seen all of his best films if that helps. Not crediting Smith for that performance seems a bit unfair to me.

We've clashed? It probably had something to do with TDKR :lol

Yea, I would say Jye is probably the nicest guy on here. He's like the Mother Teresa of the Internet.

I haven't seen Xeno have any problems though, he always seems cool to me, I think it was just a misunderstanding between the two.

Some people around here just need to get over grudges like an adult, instead of being passive aggressive pricks.

Me and pturtle argued a lot in the Video Game section badly years ago, and I don't have any ill will toward him anymore. It's an internet forum, there's no reason to act like an angry man-baby for years against people that you feel wronged you.

Thank you for the kind words pturtlefries.

JYE and Boba Ben need to enter the Thunderdome to determine the nicest boardie.

Boba would throw all his Godzilla's at me, no way could I block all of them with my Batmobiles.

2 Nerds Enter, Only Boba Leaves. :lol

Look at us, I told you Escape from NY doesn't hold up for me.

You didn't wish death on my lolcats.

Our opinions should just be D batteries that we knock off our shoulders.

I love when I happen to be in an arguement and they pull out some EFNY hate, I could give a rat's ass if they like it or not :lol

Riddick has his own way of handling things:

Maybe we should take the worst people from the forum and form some kind of Sideshow Squad.
