Yeah, that's not why this movie sucks. It has more to do with the script, editing, etc. than any political garbage people are always trying to inject into their reviews. I don't see why they always have to do that crap. They look insane.

When I saw that clip of the Joker going "what? What what?" with that wacky "Fight Club" effect I thought the movie might be a little ADD and choppy like in the 90's, so I can see that being the case.

But I wouldn't be surprised if those people thought the movie sucked because of the "macho" crap, I doubt many of them can actually judge a movie on artistic or technical terms.

Because they have tacos instead of meatballs.

None of the other movies have flopped so if this does well and then ww does well they are fine.

Justice league has more jokes and quips so that will be fine

It's not about jokes and quips, it's about a good script, the right actors and good direction along with smart editing. I think the new DC Universe movies have suffered from some really risky choices that haven't panned out for them.

There's only a two critics I trust and they are youtube critics, Mr Sunday Movies and Jeremy Jahns. The world would be a better place without the pretentious magazine movie critics etc.

No love for RedLetterMedia? It's pretty much just them for myself. Though I do enjoy Jahns as well.

What does this mean for the DCEU? This is the third consecutive critically panned film?Next is WW and JL next yea. Could that be the end of this universe?

DC 'universe' is barely getting started and I'm already nearly burned out on Marvel's 'universe'. At this juncture, I'm only interested in seeing SS and WW next year.

If this movie ends up sucking I'm done with the DCEU. This is the only DCEU movie that I liked all of the trailers from. MOS trailers sucked and the movie sucked, BvS trailers sucked and the movie sucked, WW trailers sucked, and JL trailer sucked.

Actually the WW trailer looked better than JL trailer in my book!

That said, I have low expectations, but I'm even starting to get tired of Marvel universe. I still haven't seen Civil War or Xmen Apocalypse, will wait for dvd....

The reviews are bull for this movie. Imbd has this at a 9.1 out of 10 which has over five thousand reviews. Rotten tomatoes and metacritic can go shove it. I'll judge to see it myself. Honestly after the bvs debacle that movie never deserved the ratings it got and I'm not even a huge fan of it. This is probably another one of those and DC is getting the shafts sadly.

All I know is that Ayer and the cast look like idiots now after talking all that method acting, weird on set behavior by Ayer and Leto as well as all the weird stuff Ayer did to the cast to get them ready for this groundbreaking piece of cinema.
