It's Affleck though, life will find a way. Plus his Batman shouldn't need a JL sized budget either - just keep it grounded and gritty, no big monster CGI scenes needed.

Definitely don't need CGI crap.

He could do Arkham Asylum movie that doesn't have to follow on the recent DC story line.

Smith make a joke about Leto on a interview and the press twisted his words. It was regarding the presents Leto sent to the cast. Will said something like "I'm just here to act, man."

Eh, they could be just saving face. It might have been a spur of the moment response. Obviously they were all in on the "Jokerz crazy" thing, but maybe Leto did step out of line. Viola Davis did say that she wanted to punch him in the teeth a while back.

If JL is received the same as BvS, The Batfleck solo movie will never see the light of day.

Bat v Supes tripled their budget. At the end to the day, reviews don't really mean anything in the face of the almighty dollar.

I find it odd people are spelling doom on DC films when since the start with MoS they've all killed it at the box office regardless of reviews.

It's funny because unlike Marvel, Dc movies before MCU have practically set the standard for what the MCU is today... Screw you guys, being in this forum pretty much kills the little hype I had for this movie

Not so sure they 'killed it' exactly. None have been a disaster but could, and maybe should, have done a lot better.

Man of Steel doubled it's budget at the box office (got really close to a triple) and BvS did triple its budget at the box office and almost made it to 1 bil.

If that's not killing it at the box office then what is?

I posted a video on page 666, it's in the video. No dis, just a joke about Leto going method with the presents he sent to Will(one was a dead pig).

The general take I'm getting from YouTube reviews is that the movie is better than BvS, but only if you didn't like BvS. It's still a meh movie.

MoS, featuring the world's most iconic superhero, made less than the likes of Deadpool and GoTG. BvS, which should have been one of the biggest superhero movies of all time, made a lot less than some of Batman's solo films, not to mention its nearest rival.

DC knows that the Hellfire Club needs some fuel for that post count fire.

That place belongs in the Sandbox. The post padding is awful. I'm surprised Uncle Dave let's them get away with it.

Post padders gotta post. If that thread was in the Sandbox there'd be a few people that wouldn't have any incentive to post in it anymore and it would eventually die off. After Dave got irritated with the pages and pages of gifs I thought it would get closed since it obviously wasn't a thread about figures--but it didn't.
