Lol!

Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

I thought I would hate her New 52 solo run, but I rather like it a lot. I think it'd fit pretty well in this universe, as we haven't really seen her as villainous. Seems she's a conflicted person, which fits her duality. Plus the red and black scheme would probably rock on Robbie! :rock :rock
Ya I like that she also doesn't need Joker in her life anymore but still kinda struggles with it from time to time. Also they seem to leave her book alone and not put in all the events.

Exactly, I'm not huge of her trying to move past him, but she does it in a classic Harley way. I re-read the Mad Love issue from the Batman Adventures, and I think it translates very well; someone trying to be her own person, but knows that she always goes back to Joker because in a way, he freed her.

Which I love Mad Love, as it shows that Harley has always been intended as some overly sexual character. Especially since it's by her creators, and people are crying about her being oversexualized, when that was her role from the beginning. :lol

I like her Power Girl adventure run, so something like that would be hilarious. Though I doubt it'd work on the big screen. But her Ivy relationship would be absolute for me! :lecture

That Power Girl mini series was funny. Have you checked out Harley's Little Black Book? Which is similar to Power Girl team up but each issue its someone new. I think it's a five or six issue mini that ends next month.

I have not. Normally I just wait for some form of TPB and get it from my local library. I'll have to check this out, I loved that PG mini series!
-- Thanks for the recommendation, I'll check it out! :duff :rock

Your welcome. The list of characters is Wonder Woman, Superman, Lobo, Zantanna, and her Bombshell version I forget the others.

Batman 89 was showing here a few weeks back as part of a Prince tribute (along with Purple Rain, Under the Cherry Moon, etc.) I saw Purple Rain but passed on Batman. Saw it three times in 89 though.

pturtle is this you? :lol

Yes it is. He can deny it if he wants to, but it's him. No one else would make an 11 minute video on how this pretty harmless movie broke them. I know it's you pturtle, just admit it man! :lol

jk

But wow, I don't understand how SS is the movie that would break a fan from the DCEU if they enjoyed BvS. They barely feel like they belong in the same universe. Does he think WW and JL are going to be music videos with sexy witches too?
