I checked my recent call record and that's the same number I found online. Unfortunately, that number is actually for a car dealership. lol

You know, I had another idea. The item I ordered from DCBS was the Batman Black & White Jim Lee version 3 statue. Has anyone that ordered this statue, regardless of where you ordered it from, received their statue?
Perhaps it hasn't shipped from the distributor yet?

Either way, it's still very poor customer service to never answer emails about orders.

Thanks, zelu. The shots of your customized Bats is what drove me to actually purchase him. With this many heads to choose from, I'll definitely be customizing some of them as well.

Quoting myself from 2017 here: it only took me nearly 4 years before I finally got around to repainting one of the sculpts.
"All" it took was getting the latest BTAS Bats with the cell shading. Since I much prefer the open mouth expression from the expression set, it was finally time to repaint it, adding the blue to the top of the head and repainting the skin tone.

I want to add the cell shading to the Joker as well, but let's see how long that takes me...

That looks great! The painted flesh tone, like with the combat belt Batman from Kenner, really adds to the accurate look of the show. Flesh-colored plastic was not the right way to go, IMO.

There is talk of HBO Max doing a sequel to Batman: The Animated series. To be released as early as 2022. Real? We will see. If so, I wonder if this figure line would be revived.

Good point. If there's a chance to revive the toy line (keeping it the same scale is a must) it's with the possible release of more episodes.

I felt Batman has always been the weakest link in the entire collection. He never looked on-model to the control art or any of the episodes.

Your version improves the figure drastically.

Thanks, and agree. The Batman sculpt that came with this latest figure was finally painted, but I just don't like the sculpt and expression of that one.

It got cancelled from DC, but BBTS always keeps preorders in for a while, as a matter of fact it got cancelled today from BBTS, just got the email, it was a promising figure doomed by covid
