Well to be fair to Protoker it isn?t lacking in the $100 bills department either.

But for the life of me I just don?t understand why anyone would celebrate this Joker hallucinating story angle.

I can?t stand that hallucinated crap lol

Imagine if the Sequel Trilogy hallucinated the rebel victory against the empire that would just be god awfu.......

:slap

It?s implied that he makes up some stuff. Not everything. SOME STUFF.

I assumed anything positive that seemed to be happening in his life was his imagination, like the girlfriend. After their initial meeting in the elevator and his awkward and disturbing gun suicide joke he started fantasizing. Their next interaction that actually happened was probably the part where she returns home to find him hunched over on her couch and she refers to him as the guy down the hall or whatever and she's clearly frightened - dead giveaway that all the intervening parts with her involved had not happened at all.

Well that's to be expected. I still remember the school year after ROTJ more people were talking about stuff like Christine, Cujo, Dead Zone and all that than Star Wars. It's always "cooler" to talk about the hard core stuff when you're a kid.

Hmmm not for me.. But then again I was 6th grade at the time of this release.. I proudly carried around my Jabba the Hutt folder

Just for the record... darthkostis is my hero.

No, JAWS. The real hero was the friends we made along the journey that we embarked on which is the destination contrary to the belief that the destination is but is not in actuality because the process was what allowed us to make the friends that were the real treasure all along.

It just goes with what Wor-Gar was saying that kids pick cool movies over corny movies.

For me that year I picked Thing over ET even though ET was the popular one.
