IDK if I'm expecting anything. I'm not anti-DC or anti-Joker, it's just I really don't have any need/desire for yet another take on the character right now. Even though I usually enjoy Joaquin Phoenix's performances, that hasn't been enough of an enticement for me to go. Plus no Batman just seems weird. It'd be like going to see a stand-alone Red Skull movie. No matter how well done it was I think I'd feel like something was missing.

Dude big mistake and huge loss on your part. :slap

The movie was visually striking it was meant to be seen on a big screen.

This is why I think it might suffer on the smaller screens at home.

Well smaller than mine lol

No Batman but the Waynes are still in it so it didn't feel as out of place as I was expecting beforehand. It's definitely worth seeing on the big screen IMO.

Yeah, you should really see it. It's a very good movie, it just happens to have a guy who calls himself Joker as the protagonist.

Well, it's pretty much gone from screens near me. One theatre is showing it once/day in the afternoon. Barring anything unforeseen, I should be able to catch it on Monday. BTW, that's my way of saying you guys have convinced me. :lol
