So like does cyclops come to play at all? I honestly feel like deadpool is in a separate universe from the singer films. Just feels seperate. Colossus actually looks his comic counterpart.

Hard to find two X-films that even feel like they are in the same universe as each other.

I'm no Cable fan, but he could make a good comedic straight man for Deadpool. And Brolin does look grizzled and bad ***.

How about Fox work on getting freaking Cyclops right before we spend too much energy on D-list, mid-90s reject characters like Domino, Night Thrasher, X-Treme, or NFL Superpro? Though any and all of those would fit well into a Deadpool joke-fest.
