The idea of a team winning 21 straight games in todays NBA is astounding. Its the second longest winning streak in history next to the Lakers which is probably one of those Joe Dimaggio type records. Sundays game should be good, although the Rockets without Yao are not what they should be. Although the ankle of Pau could equalize that. If both teams were at full strength, it would be a lot more interesting. But its still going to be good because of the win streak and the Lakers franchise holds the longest streak.

They gave us a tough time the last 2 meetings.. Both times their guards lit us up..We stole the 1st one, lost the second..

22 in a row and done in fine style. Very impressive to see Tr. Mcgrady go scoreless in the first half but they are still up by 15 with no Ming. They really have other players contributing. I never would have bet on anything like this happening espcially with Ming out for the year.

You can give a lot of credit to Shane Battier for guarding Kobe and making him hit jump shots. Houston's defense is probably the best thing going for them along with Tmac getting all players involved. The reason there is not a player that really stands out on this team is because someone different steps up every game. Teams when Championships not one single player and thats why I dont think anyone on the rockets will get MVP because that whole team should get that award. Let Kobe or Lebron have it because those teams suck without those players. Bring on Celtics!:emperor

damn, what a great sunday. I love seeing houston overtake the lakers for no. 1!! My how quick things change. Spurs are on a 3 game losing streak, the lakers have been losing to teams they should have beat, the suns are winning 4 straight, dallas 5 straight.

And Nuggets with a 168 point game Although the Sonics played about as much defence as the Raptors did when Kobe got 81.

We lost all 3 of our centers.. Mihm, Bynum and Gasol.. Leaving us w/ no big.

When did you have Mihm back

We had him the 1st couple months.. He actually started for us to begin the season.. His timeline for return is right about equal w/ Bynum, mid-late April.. After removing a screw from his heel about a month ago he is claiming to be pain free.. They say Gasol might be about 2 weeks. Ariza prolly won't be back this season which is a shame.. I'll look forward to seeing this team togethjer healthy one day.
