It is still unclear to me. At first it was reported that Universal has Namor, but on Kevin Smith's podcast, Joe Quesada stated that Marvel now has the rights to Namor.

I dont think universal needs to sell right now. They are doing very well with their fast and furious stuff and their marvel stuff at their parks is still very popular. Their spiderman ride is still very popular too.

But i could see disney and universal getting a new deal like sony did with spiderman

I understand Namor’s historic value to comic readers but his cinematic value is somewhere below the Brendan Frasier equator. Disney will wait for Universal to ruin dinosaurs and cars like they did classic monsters.
