I think the new trailer looks splendid... I have no sound on my monitor though so I have no idea what he sounds like 
Per Dave's comment about his costume.... He is actually dressed like the Doctor! I think his costume is very reminiscent of the second doctor's costume.

I'm a casual watcher and I really enjoyed DT as the Doctor, although Catherine Tate ruined it a bit for me.
Tennant's last episode was pretty good, but as somebody said before, I did role my eyes at the Catina scene and the Wrath of Khan scene.
I thought that Matt Smith was great in the short time he had after the regeneration.
I'm sure he will be good as the Doctor, even if he does look like a young Gordon Ramsey

That's been one of my biggest gripes with the new series, the Doctor's costumes have been very unimaginative. I miss when the Doctor could wear capes or dress like a space hobo. I guess maybe they think people won't buy into that nowadays, I don't know.

Thanks for posting this, Pix! It was great getting to see the S5 triler before the End of Time part Two! I had my EOT2 dowloaded by 7:30 so I hope you finally found a place to get it from!
I absolutely loved Part Two and was very happy with it and it's wrap up. Matt Smith DOES rock. Can't wait!

The fact that the Doctor bought the lottery ticket with a dollar from Donna's late father made me cry like a baby. VERY touching and a nice tribute to the late Howard Attfield. Also I liked that the last human he saw was Rose. Nice and cyclical. I like what I see so far of 11 too.

Loved Tennant's finale. Now for some spoilers
As for the series 5 trailer, that looks awesom. Seems we get the weeping angels AND professor moon back, which will be awesome.
Since they pretty much closed up every character from his past, will we see jack/martha/etc in the next series at all?? I know they want to introduce new characters, but I would like to see some from the past
But now above else....I want April to be right now and not 3 months
Funny tidbit....just watched an episode of Secret Diary of a Call Girl, I mean a friend of mine was watching it, and the person who showed up in it was Matt Smith. Small world I suppose
Interesting of him seeing rose at the end, but WTF was up with her? she didn't even look like herself; I think her face is slowly trying to eat itself 
The cantina scene was just hilarious, I expected some pink aliens to play the same song over and over again. Anybody else notice that during this scene, the song that Tellulua was singing in Daleks Take Manhattan was playing in the background.
The doctor placing safeguards around his "best friend" was a nice touch, if not a little too convienent. Loved that he refered to her as his best friend.
Getting the book from Joan's granddaughter was also a touching moment
Wasn't Martha engaged to thomas milligan from The Last of the Timelord and not Ricky-boy....little confused there

I really hope not. That era is now done so IMO the show should move onwards and ( hopefully ) upwards which it can't do if they keep going over old ground which has already happened to an extent anyway.

Going forward, I do hope the book is closed on 10's previous companions save for Captain Jack, however I wouldn't mind seeing Mickey and Martha in Torchwood.
Other thoughts:
I'm going to have to give it another viewing to make sure I didn't miss anything. For instance, did they ever explain who the woman in white was?
Overall, I'd say EOT part 2 was about a thousand times better than part 1. They could've added 15 minutes or so as a set up to part 2, and just get rid of part 1 altogether.
Season 5 looks like it's going to be great fun, can't wait to see what's next!

After all the Time Lord stuff was over and Tennant was celebrating that he was still alive, and then we hear Wilf knock - such a heartbreaking moment.
I loved how The Doctor handled his death. He reacted in a very realistic way, imo. I've never faced certain death, but I'm sure I would be sad/angry/all that stuff. It really moved me.
I was glad to see The Doctor get his "reward" even if it was a bit heavy handed.

It's nice to see there was no "big reset" but Earth has been seeing a lot of alien action lately, how is that going to be explained? Does it need to be explained? I think it does. The present time on the show should mirror the present time in the real world. I mean, it doesn't *have* to, but I think it works better for the audience.

The Lady in White question never was answered. She clearly wasn't a Guardian. It was implied she was perhaps family from when Wilf asked Tennant who she was and Tennant looked at Donna and her family, so it could mean his mother or Susan. Personally, I prefer Susan as an answer.
If it's not Romana, then we're still free to assume (in tv continuity) she can still be walking the time winds in E-space and can be brought back whenever. While thrilled to have her in the Big Finish audios, I never bought her sudden change in her feelings about the Time Lords when she never wanted to go back to Gallifrey let alone to become their Lord President. Maybe they explained it in a novel, but it really needed to be done in the audios too.

Slowest regeneration ever.
It was good but not the be all end all I was expecting. The finale from last series with Davros was much better. I thought the whole Time Lord return was really anti-climactic.

All the "reward" moments were brilliant.
I know a lot of people aren't a fan of Rose but she needed to be there one way or the other.
The Sarah Jane Smith moment brought me to tears.

That one kinda got me too. It was as if she instinctively knew what was happening to him. The history between them made that teary glance pack quite a punch.

I think it's fair game now. Mickey and Martha seemed sad, as if the Doctor was indeed dying but Sarah Jane just smiled because she knew he was going to regenerate and be someone new. It'd be nice to have her back at some point during 11s run.

I think that will happen, I also think the Doctor will most likely make an appearance on her show too.
I think Sarah Jane should be killed off sometime during 11's run to demonstrate that the Doctor's allies are genuinely risking their lives by siding with him as they became far too indestructible during the previous regime.
I think a shock of that magnitude would be a good way for Steven Moffat to show his way of doing things is not the same as the other person's and it would give the show a feeling of "anything can happen" instead of being so damn predictable.
