As Rainman has made no announcement as to the head+clothing set edition size and no money has changed hands at this stage, it's probably a good idea if he increased the number of those sets he was planning. Don't misunderstand me, I love my fellow freaks and Lebowskiheads and want them to get a shot at these too, it is the changing of the bargain after the transaction has taken place that I am not ok with.

Sounds fair to me. I'd be happy, not fussed about the mirror, nice as it is.

yes. that's what I said in my first post (#961) on this subject.

Again, some of the VIP full set still seem available and if with however many painted head+clothing sets yet to be announced (20+), I think most of the demand will be met.

Dude's I didn't even know I was a VIP or or have any knowledge of such about it till late last night browsing Rainman's page. I think it is great for returning customers to get that bump but I think the general public should have there go too. We were all in Deckard's spot one time or another. I really don't see the big deal in another 10 pieces. These figures will still be rare and sought after. If your only buying these figures for the price inflation then shame on you. Make them extra 10 pieces Rainman! You deserve the extra money for one hell of an awesome 1/6 custom figure!!!!

Dude, I just happened to go look at the site last night and seen the VIP full figure order as available. I didn't receive any email notification so I consider myself very lucky!

I must agree that I thought the addition of more sets would be fine with most, if not all, people. It seems the best solution

You guys should be over the moon about this news. Request Rainman increase the clothing sets on this one. Order yourself the clothing set, the head, buy yourself a TT and a custom paintjob, and you get the same thing minus a mirror for $300 less. $300 less.

I cant help but to quote this.

Seriously guys, get the unpainted head and clothing set. And get smalls_studio or boot25 to paint it, and I'm confident to say that it'll look on par, if not better than Rainman's paint job/fullset.

You'll get a perfect Lebowski figure at the end of the day.

Thats all that matters, since most of you whos complaining are first and foremost a Lebowski fan right?

I'm a Rainman fan, and I'm only buying this and watched the movie after Rainman decides to do the figure. Thats why I'd prefer the fullset, as its sculpted and painted by Rainman himself.

Let me say that personally, I would also be happy with the painted head + clothing set (assuming I could get one ). A complete Rainman original would be nice, but I could learn to live with saving a couple hundred dollars to have a different guy paint the head and not get the mirror part.

Honestly that answers nothing. And I didn't need to sell a grail out of my collection to afford just a clothing set so yea.

I'm out, congrats everyone who got one already. Just not interested in all this bull____ politcal system whatever.

Is that not still supremely limited?
