I would be calm too if I was like some of you and was getting a replacement. I don't enjoy losing my temper but the figure cost me 165 pounds. That is not something I take lightly, and now I have to go to all this effort to get a replacement, when I have other worries to deal with
Anyway according to hot toys they can't even see my videos.
I think handling it your way is probably the best way, albeit a little emotionally charged...however, video looks better than pics and you get more angles and such.
I would be pretty ticked too to be honest...i know when i got my bank robber joker he was missing a button and part of his machine gun was broken...i shot them an email and didn't receive a reply for MONTHS and by that point i had already bought replacements off ebay.
And at the end of the day, THEY KNOW THERE IS A PROBLEM and should fix the older ones accordingly if they want to keep customers happy and coming back...It's obvious that DinoLast has been a repeat business type of customer and therefore give the guy a break and fix it!
