DX02 residue in abdominal area, has yours shown signs of it?

Ok. Getting worried. So I was sent a tracking number from Hot Toys for my replacement body about 2 weeks ago and I've checked the tracking number several times since then and it says the same exact thing:

Status: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment

this hasn't changed since I got my tracking number.

How long did everyone have to wait for their replacements to get to them? I know that if the package was moving there would be updates periodically. Is this normal? This has never happened to me.

When Hot Toys replaced my John Connor head, i was in the same situation. The tracking-status haven't changed until i got my new head after 3 weeks waiting.

I have sold my leaky bats for alot less than i paid for it, i now have had to re-buy a new dc bats for Q Toys and a new lforigno cape

Why haven't you contacted Hot Toys for a replacement? I've bought mine loose and I've played also with the idea of selling this leaky one and buy then afterwards the fixed-body, but then everything goes well with Hot Toys, after some public attack on Facebook

Or was yours not 'enough leaking' for HT to replace it?

bought mine on ebay...hot toys sent me an e-mail today telling me that they will replace mine...hurrah!!!!

I personally think that all these new policy changes is just a scare tactic to scare some people off from requesting replacements. They know they have to replace them but hey just dont want to.

I hear ya. I check it every morning during the daily conference calls. Usually type in the URL and go get a cup of coffee. It's up by the time I'm back for the call and once it's up it runs fairly smoothly.

I had the same case, but damn, you have first to calm down man That's not your life. Sure you're disappointed but keep cool, that's not the end of the world.

And as I've said on the other thread, they're not refusing you, they only ask you to RE-send them a mail with some PHOTOS and not movies. And as for the receipt, I'm sure they haven't recognized it.

So just send them some clear pics of the oiled abs, the melting rubber and the paypal-receipt. And they will replace it. If not, attach them on their facebook-site like me

I don't think you have any right to tell Dinolast to calm down. His anger is more then justified in this situation. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, so keep on squeaking Dino... and I thought Germans are supposed to be known for their tempers thrustmaster

I gave him just some advices. I saw his video and he's totally excited there and his breath is damn fast. So I'm just trying to say that this is just a figure, an expensive one for sure, but it's just a figure. a tangible good. and nothing is more important then health.

Hey bud, start posting that ____ all over their Facebook page, really pepper the ____ out of it. You should get some attention then. That's what everybody else who recently got their replacements did and they were contacted through Facebook for contact info and return process.

When that happens, just take some screen captures of your video showing the damage and re-include the PayPal receipt. They're going to be cheap, evasive and confrontational at first because we already know they're playing irresponsible and don't want to have to replace them but if you make enough noise on their FB page, you'll get your replacement.

I did let my temper run away with me on that Video, and I also agree that it's only a figure, but I spent a lot of money it.
When I chose a figure I have to be selective because have a wife and daughter who always come first. I guess I'm upset because the money spent could have gone on a figure that had no issues.
Plus I am big fan of Hot Toys and I feel they have let me and many other people down. To be honest I was forced to make a Video I really would have preferred not to.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Screen caps would be the best way to go. Just include them in your next email after you post the hell out of their wall.

When I seen this I had to laugh. Not about your issue or your anger (i would be the same) At first glance at the above picture I thought his butt-cheeks had busted though his suit only to realise it was your fingers
