Ok, I start to get more and more annoyed with this one. I purchased a badge 2 one to minimize the risk of faults and now I have taken a close look at my glow eyes head which looks a little weird too... Maybe I am nitpicking now but the horns are not as symmetrical as they are on the other head... Tough to photograph lol...

Heres my sweaty Bats. I cleaned it Saturday evening so this is 48 hours sweating now...

No, it's a thing we came up with here to label the different shipments, as Hot Toys releases their figures to different dealers at different times.

Batch 1 - Figures shipped to HK dealers only, these figures suffered warped heads and flaking paint.

Batch 2 - Figures shipped to international dealers like Toys2, these figures had the warping and flaking problem fixed but ran into the oil issues.

Batch 3 - Figures shipped to DC Direct for American Distribution, these have yet to ship out, but people are getting replacements from Batch 2 right now which are apparently made with a new material for the stomach of the shirt to cure the oil problem, though no certainty it's a cure and only assumption that the DCD figures will be made the same.

Your head looks like both of mine. I don't think you'll get a 100% symetrical head but yours requires highlighting lines to really spot, the warped ones that initially came out were horribly warped, didn't even take marking a photo to see something wrong.

Since your heads are fine and your abs leaky, I'd say your figure is from the international batch, 2.

Although with that pic/diagram I can see what you mean, without it being pointed out like that I would never have noticed the difference and anyone that views Batman on display sure as hell wont notice it. Its not like some of the ones that first appeared where it was pretty obvious one was longer than the other

The paint chipping on the suit was so nasty as well. I don't think there's a part on this figure that doesn't have failed written all over it.

Sorry I did not see your first post. Thanks alot for the summary. So I assume I have batch 2. I will write a nice email to Hot Toys asking them for a replacement... It is really frustrating. I have ordered 4 figs (DX BAts, DX Joker, Wolverine and Comedian) and Wolverine is the only one with no issues (Jokers bombs are broken, Comedians grenade launcher is a poor cast so the front piece always falls to the ground and Bats keeps sewating as he meat Catwoman)...

Badges are like the metal badges police wear to identify themselfs.. those metal ones but I can't remember if the Polizei have those.

Hello Eveyone!Just letting you all know so far so good!It's day 3 and not a drop of oil from my Bats.Weather over here has been pretty screwed up with it being warm and humid(rain) to dry and cold at night so there is a temp. change here that would affect the suit.Oh!Yeah by the way,all i did was send an email to hot toys CS and explained to them my problem and did a little bit of idolizing and also included PICS and copy of receipt.That was it and they sent me a email stating:

Thanks alot for the information. I will make some pics and try my best to get a replacement too. Although it is a shame to throw this awesome body (though leaking still awesome) away... They should just allow us to keep it for the second head.

i just got word that my 2 replacement bodies are on their way. i really hope it's not leaking as much, and that i got one from the recent replacement lot (i.e. the possibly different materials) rather than the "oh let's try sticking a used candy wrapper up his front" replacement lot.

anyway, i'll let you guys know how it goes. i really hope everyone who wants a replacement gets one. you damn sure deserve one.
