I agree chockey. No point really in ordering the new release if you already own the MMS. There isn't a significant upgrade there.
Rory, I agree with you about the skin tone and painting that Hot Toys has been doing to these figures lately. It just doesn't look as life like and real as their old technique. Frankly I think it's cheaper.
I've come to like the general shape and sculpt of this head, but I just can't get over the eyes and skin tone which are killing it. The softness too. But I think the worst part for me is now the dynamic between the neck and jawline/chin area. It just seems that the neck and sculpt are not meshing well together. It almost looks like it just goes from thick neck straight to face and the face doesn't actually "protrude out" shall we say from the neck. Almost like the face is 2D and flat. Hard to describe what I'm seeing but it's really bothering me.
