just noticed one of the eyelids is faulty on OMG's DX. It's way thicker and uneven than the other.

I always like to get a figure in hand before judging it. Idk maybe HT have gone off the boil recently, as not many of their releases have made me go WOW.

It's very divided actually. Most just think this look wasn't worth it. I've read a lot of "more of the same." Leathers are definitely better this time around and and this is a good release if you don't have the first one or didn't upgrade your mms with the coomodel stuff

All I said when I first laid eyes on DX07 in-hand was "Wow". After setting it up in the cabinet and looking at it every day since, I still say "Wow"!

My DX12 will arrive early next week - I'm hoping my reaction is the same!!

Well, this one seems to be going in the Indy pot.

However, their recent Luke is outstanding even with the PERS. Keaton and Nicholson were also stand-outs since Indy.

Has HT ever really nailed Arnold? There always seems to be some issue, even with the best: T1 Tech Noir.

I guess you have to answer the question this way….if you were new to the world of Hot Toys and was looking for a T-800 figure. Would you go back and pick the MMS117 or the DX T-800?

Like Gipetto says, there is no general consensus. If I didn't already have the MMS one, I would go for the DX because of the accessories and better quality outfit. But the heads on both have issues. I think the new one here looks too young and thin in the face, and the PERS is so odd that I wouldn't take the glasses off. The old one looks a bit like a frog.

I think these few shots are the best so far for Dx10. I think it's better than MMS117.

I like these comparison shots in particular! Here I certainly think DX10 looks better. But only slightly better.

Overall I think if you own the MMS, there's probably very little reason to get DX10. But for those that dont (like me), then I think DX10 is definitely the one to buy!

Just like DX05 Indy, this one will be all about angles and poses. For me, that's just part of the fun!!!

That's where I sit. I would like the new accessories, but I'm just not seeing enough to make it worth my while to upgrade. If I could trade my old MMS straight up for the DX though, I probably would.

look at that comparison shot, its not even a question, the dx looks more like arnold, its a factual statement, its not based on opinion, people can prefer the MMS117 more, of say its not worth the upgrade fine, but the DX looks more like arnold
