Bunch of bits and bobs I want to get in the meantime, upgrading my MMSes to DX10s and so on. Everyone in here seems to have overtaken me on the DX10 front. I can't have that.

you think the DX13 will come out at the end of this month

Why on earth do you think it'll come out this month? It's always had a release date of June in HK and then that'll get delayed by a month or so, still got ages before the DX13 comes out

I think Tommy is right on this.. June translates to US around Aug/Sept... if we are lucky.. I suspect this was to have direct competition with the 1/4 Enterbay version.... I need both.. don't know why I need both, but I do! It's been a rough week.. I've been fighting the urge to get sucked into the 1/6 scale HT Star Wars line.. with their Luke figure... I'm fading fast and may end up getting him...arrrgh!

I think everyone expects you to be in the top spot in the Terminator 2 count in due time, except maybe for P. That will be your real competitor in the long run, although The Skull is a rising star!!! I think he is at 4 or 5 DX10's & counting. I stopped at the trio of DX10's, but plan on getting a few box sets of the DX13.

Well, for those like yourself who didn't buy MMS117 yeah, you need the shotgun I suppose.

Just its a pity they didn't think to (or chose not to) include the teargas launcher with either DX10 or DX13.

At least we get the steel rod.

I am completely surprised they didn't include that in the DX13 set. I hope somebody makes a custom run of the launcher and sells it. I would love to have that scene on display.

Honestly I should BUT state tax is a killer additional cost. I avoid using SSC because of this but as of late BBTS has been priced near the same. What's an extra few bucks to get these figures early??

I totally agree, the tax kills us in CA. I only use them if I want the exclusive & I like their flexpay option. That way I don't get hit with a huge bill all at once. I do $60 payments for months and then it's paid for. It also tricks my brain into thinking I got a good deal doing the payment plan. I will be getting my other set from BBTS. I love those guys because of the "PILE OF LOOT" option and save on shipping.

I never use Pile of Loot. I want my figures ASAP. Plus they won't let you use PayPal for PoL which is my preferred method.

It takes patience with POL, but when you start getting figures for $2 shipped & no tax, it's a huge $$$ saver. I always use the full 6 months and it's like Christmas twice a year!!!

Yes indeed. Thats one of my favourite pics of DX13. Can't wait to set up that exact look where he cuts the T-1000 in half.

Suddenly, that 12$ T-1000 head that's split down the middle is worth something!


Hey BadMutha your right, I was thinking about what to "build" for my figure as a diorama... I wanted to build a window and desk... just at that moment I realized, he had his face all shot up! This fig makes no sense!

1) agreed, didn't need another shotgun

2) I like the stand but the Cyberdyne Systems logo would have been nicer instead of that endoskeleton torso design.

3) I love the chip feature so I'd keep that. A bullet holed jacket would have been nice aswell

It's a no brainer that HT re-uses molds to save money...

but it's also my biggest peeve with HT, they make a figure they KNOW we will all buy, so they cheap out on crap they know they can get away with...

To me this is SUCH an easy problem to solve! All HT has to do is, with popular figures~ make a separate accessory kit.... folks that wanna freak out can... others that are happy with what they have don't have to buy it!

Anyways I've decided to order a 1/4 Enterbay Base for this figure... it's a huge grate like surface, I think it will look bad *** having a fully armed DX10 on that thing.... in my detolf

Not that many, 3 complete dx10 box sets of only one is opened, 1 complete nude dx10 and 2 extra tt bodys I will be ordering a couple more of those truetypes though, but aside from that I'm good on the dx10 front.

Witness my first world problem, I have a mere 2 complete DX10s. 2 bodies on the way that I'll swap 2 MMS117s onto but I want at least one more body and ultimately I'd like to swap all the heads I have for DX10 ones...up to 6 of them though. That might be pushing it, the heads are expensive enough by themselves.

Aswell as that I have further T-1000s and Sarah Connors I want to build, a contingency Police Shootout T-800 to rebuild having sold my other one, the 1:4 scale figures....****..its neverending.

Oh - and of course the multiples of DX13 I'll want.

EcKo asked me to post new pics of everything laid out on the floor like it did before and I didn't do that either. Looking around at the mess I've got here, the thoughts of making it even more messy by taking every figure off the shelves for photos is utterly demoralising.
