I agree Arnold and his minigun is cooler then a Michael Jackson!
but your completely missing my point
, I see this figure being a waste more so then MJdx03 simply on the fact that this is a complete rehash, a perfectly good minigun and bandoleer are already available and many people bashed this look already using there existing t-800 figure.
When Mj DX03 was announced people complained about it but at least he was a fresh new figure that we never seen before ,not a rehash.
This figure should have been a full on battle damaged version with a dio but I guess we will get that 2 years from now as the dx10 2.0 !
Hot Toys is just following where they left off. It only makes sense for this figure to be the Cyberdyne version. I do think the likeness could be better, but how anyone could think a figure of arnold with a minigun is not as cool as Michael Jackson, is beyond me.

I dont know much about EB, but in their defense they did put out Leon from the Professional...A figure I had been waiting for as much as anything HT has put out so far...And while it wasnt perfect, it was a great interpretation...And it at least showed that EB was willing to go after movie lisences other than the same old ones HT has done...
Having said that, I'd love to see EB do more 1/6 movie characters...Maybe they can fill in the blanks that HT hasnt yet...

I have nothing against enterbay and wish them the best. They made a great 1:4 t-800, but when I look in my display cabinet its filled with hot toys. Not to say enterbay don't make nice figures but for the most part they have had a lot of licenses they i'm not into, but that is changing with the terminator, rambo and robocop licenses they have got there hands on. I collect 1:6 for the most part and have stayed away from 1:4 for multible reasons. If enterbay makes terminator products in 1:6 I'm pretty sure I'll get on board.

The first version (left) still looks better right, which is a bit strange because they usually have better sculpts on 2nd versions (or nth versions). I guess with the PERS in, the raw sculpt gets compromised.

Bad photography aswell...at least I think it is. I mean in some shots one eye looks darker than the other or like the PERS is broken and the eyes aren't turned equally...then theres the hair with its new mini-mullet...wtf.
Oh well, its probably better in person.

When the T2 T800 was first shown everyone complained about no black T-shirt and HT added one. When the T1000 in Sarah Conner disguise came out it came with a T1000 head it couldn't even use. When Falconer was shown with no Falcon people complained and HT added one. They’re probably are more figures where last minute pieces were added to satisfy customers and increase sales, if enough of us keep telling them we want them it could happen.
Give us a BD Head and chest piece Hot Toys.

wow i dont think the new figure will hurt the old ones value much now, the new sculpt kinda sucks in comparison.

I still have no idea what peoples eyes are seeing but IMO the new sculpt kicks serious ass and is way better than the old Ahhhhhnuld sculpt

And the old one isn't perfect to begin with. I really hoped the EB figure would have shown them where they went wrong. While I agree with peoples criticism of sleepy eyes and hair being too rounded on that figure its still more Arnie than any HT sculpt has ever been. Alas HT seem to have stuck to their previous munchkin headed, eyes too far apart, Duke Nukem-haired template and somehow made it worse. Just going on these pics mind you. We'll see.
