I'm pretty sure he's not a free agent, you would have to trade for him. At least a second round pick maybe more.

Arizona is asking for a 1st and third or something like that. I know they want a first and then Philly would have to resign Boldin cause he wants a new deal. The guy is a top flight WR so it would be worth it and he's a solid kid. One bad incident with yelling at his coach but other than that nothing
