Crap. This guy finally made the payment. I was waiting for the unpaid item dispute to close. Now eBay says I have to ship the item and eBay intends to charge me the $30 final value fee.
How do I get out of this without having eBay charge me the $30?

I would state to eBay that he did NOT following the eBay auction rules, what did you auction state exactly word for word, that's the only way you'l be able to win this and that you escalated a non payer claim all ready.

I updated my listing template recently and I guess I removed the part about having a confirmed address and no zero feedback buyers.
I'm not completely unwilling to ship this item to this guy, but he's been such a pain in my ass already, how am I to trust that he won't say that he never received it, especially with an unconfirmed address.

You can't ship to an unconfirmed address. If you do, you are no longer protected...

I'm EFFIN done with leaving people feedback 
. My feedback number should be at least 25 - 30 scores higher . Its ridiculous because i leave the buyer feedback as soon as they pay , like a good ebayer should . And me as a buyer i also leave it as soon as it arrives at my house and all is ok .
So my solution is , F&^K it , i'm not leaving anymore feedback.

anyone else have people that never leave feedback?

big risk Scott, I know the money looks good in hand but I think you'll have a easier time reselling this even taking the $30 hit, I don't think this will be the last you've heard of him.
I would refund the funds and relist with a +30 onto your cost if eBay bit a little from you.

You can leave the payment unclaimed and it will just reverse itself or he will receive a e-mail stating that the payment is unclaimed.
You can get eBay rep on chat instantly.

I have gotten a live person there before otherwise I
down to the AI that is programmed on eBay's source code because that programmer is brilliant. Paypal also has a live version as well, let me see if I can find the menu.
