So here's an update for you guys...

Ebay actually slapped me with an unpaid item strike! Why? I have no idea since I clearly paid through paypal and there is proof. Plus why in the world would the guy send out the items if I never paid? Wow, seriously some messed up ^^^^ going on now.

He is still threatening to sue me and send paperwork from his lawyer. Fat chance buddy, considering we live in different states and I am within my right to leave whatever feedback I so choose. What a freakin baby this guy is being. Glad I gave him the negative he deserved. :rock

That makes absolutely no sense. You did respond to the whole unpaid item thing right?

Totally and it still went through in his favor. I have just now processed the appeal with the email from paypal that is direct confirmation of my payment. Hello ebay- ARE YOU ASLEEP at the Wheel!!? :horror:google

If he is going to claim I never paid then maybe I should start up a Paypal dispute. Maybe that will set his "memory" straight. :emperor

And what's with all this suing business he keeps going on about. Is he that ignorant that he actually believes he is going to get a cent from me? For what? Defamation? I left true negative feedback. Seriously I already thought humans were ^^^^ed up but this takes the cake. Guy is a whacko!!:lol

Man, that is seriously messed up. And this ***wipe actually wants to take you to court for a lousy $60 or less? Un-F'ing-believable. It's a miracle the guy has brains enough to keep breathing. Anyway, hope it all works out for you somehow.

Have you given him the option to suck your balls yet?

:lol:lol:rotfl

Not yet. I am handling this professionally. No name calling, even though he does, or anything that may jeopardize my integrity. I have been on ebay for quite sometime without a problem and no negatives to speak of. This history alone should validate my case against this seller.

This part totally eludes me. Why or how in the world is he going to sue me for something I already paid for. I paid for his items. They were damaged, he wasn't helpful so I left negative feedback. That's how the game works. I bet he does this to everyone who slams a negative on him. Sucks for him but that's business and after the way he has behaved I will never take my feedback back.

This guy is NOT going to take you to court over this. He may go as far as presenting papers, but any lawyer would look at this and laugh. He would have to present his case and his e-mail communication with you. You asked for help in a situation and he refused to do anything. You left the feeback that's permitted by ebay based on his lack of action. He then goes off and starts name calling and issuing threats. There is no case. He's trying to scare you into removing the feedback and that's all.

What's this dickhole's ebay name? I want to buy something and leave a negative feedback :D

I will let you guys now his ebay name after I am clear and gone from this guy. Trust me, you don't want to buy anything from him!! :monkey4

Does anyone have a phone number for ebay. I would like to call about this unpaid item strike which is unfairly awarded to me. I mean I HAVE THE FREAKIN PROOF AND HE SENT ME OUT THE ITEMS! Hello!

What really makes no sense is paypal is tied to ebay and it even shows when something is paid through paypal in my ebay. How could ebay ^^^^ that up especially since it cost them money by giving his final value fee back.:lol:lol:lol

The funniest thing is that above the auction it says

This item has been paid through PayPal. Payment was sent to: *******@aol.com on May-**-08.

I just don't get it either. I have sent in the form to have the unpaid Item strike repealed but I don't know. Doesn't look like ebay is caring too much.

Either way, the negative for him stands and let it be a testament to his horrible personality. :rock

Good news... sort of. It looks as though the seller was the one who closed the dispute and said I never paid. This automatically granted him his final value fees. It doesn't look like ebay really had a hand in it but I filed the unpaid item strike repeal form so I will update you guys on that. Strange though that he could do that with out the approval of ebay.

Funny how ignorant he looks when he types in all caps in the dispute. What's up with all of these hot-headed ebayers. This guy should of taken the negative he earned like a man.

So this is still going on and I haven't heard anything from Ebay yet. Hopefully they are just researching the facts to lay the hammer down on this guy. I am still getting abusive emails and the unpaid item strike still stands for some reason.

Will keep you guys updated. There is no way I will remove that negative feedback, especially not now after the way this "man" has behaved. :lecture
