Ebay Nightmare!!!

Just the other day, I had a UK buyer tell me that they were shocked that they had to pay $60 USD in customs fees on a $190 item that they bought from me. I insured it to the max value as I always do to protect myself and the buyer in case of damage. This buyer has almost 300 feedbacks and is acting like they have no idea about customs fees.

Well needless to say, this buyer asks me if i can refund them the $60 customs fees since nowhere in my auction states that customs fees would apply. I told him/her why should I refund you, I don't see one cent from any customs fees, go complain to your customs agent. :lol

A lot of scumbags have emerged out of the woodwork ever since this new "no negative feedbacks" from sellers started.

These *******s sometime pull ^^^^ like that! And I sorry to say it but.....EFF' them seriously.

C'mon :lol in this day and age who hasn't heard of customs, they're all like little mosquitos, they flock in heards and bust a "Mafia" fee on you. Maybe you should reimburse him for shipping too :lol Shipping? Whats that? :D
 
R. Take those back to Wal-mart. You personally can take back up to (3) items a year w/o a receipt. The same thing goes for each of your homeboys as well!! :monkey3 You will have success trust me!:joy

Its against the rules to leave contradictory feedback (positive with negative remark) or inflammatory language such as 'liar,cheat etc'.
So his comments should fall under those catagories.Just report him and eBay will remove his comments.

I am not sweating this. This guy is A) Clearly crazy and B) I am the level-headed one in the right here. Reminds me of the time when I had to sue someone. They were trashy people, unorganized, and clearly not telling the truth. Judge took about 2 minutes to humiliate these people and give me a favorable judgement. I love being right. :love

So here's an update for you guys...

Ebay actually slapped me with an unpaid item strike! Why? I have no idea since I clearly paid through paypal and there is proof. Plus why in the world would the guy send out the items if I never paid? Wow, seriously some messed up ^^^^ going on now.

He is still threatening to sue me and send paperwork from his lawyer. Fat chance buddy, considering we live in different states and I am within my right to leave whatever feedback I so choose. What a freakin baby this guy is being. Glad I gave him the negative he deserved. :rock
