Let's hope no more dome rubs or other damage.

I wish I could say "can't wait to get my Vader helmet" but then it wouldn't be true (not even for an AP Vader Legend painted by Gino himself...)

A little late to the game, I received my Vader Helmet Legend two weeks ago, and I finally opened it this evening. Anyways, he looks fantastic with no rub issues. #176/364.

Congrats! You can see some pics HERE

Thanks. Been following that thread too. Just didn't post :)

Been trying to get your code 3 At-St but no luck so far.

And building one like the ones on the RPF are not within my skill set. :monkey2

Hopefully when you get your bust you will post some pics ;)

Still not sure if keeping my order. The good thing is that I have all the money ready for it, the bad thing is that I don't "feel" this helmet as much as I did before...

You have to get it in hand first -- I wasn't sure if I wanted both Legend and Limited, even though I'm a pretty hardcore Vader collector, but getting the Legend in hand makes me want the Ltd all the more...(as close as the Don Post was to the original ESB, being like a generation off, you can really see the difference in size between the eFx anh and the first Don Post Deluxe...)This eFX really is the closest thing to the original in terms of mass produced product, and it's worth it -- there's not a bad angle on it...it really beats out most of the previous custom ANH's I've ever seen --

You could always sell it at a profit if you decided otherwise -- so it's a win-win...

though unfortunately I know that the shipping and customs and other costs you have to incur for delivery to Europe really is a bummer...

There is a difference between me and some other collectors. I collect for myself, I VERY rarely sell/trade something from my collection, and I never flip nor try to sell just for profit. So if I'm not sure about an item, I think hard if I really want it in my collection.

I'm not saying to buy it in order to sell it...or not to collect for yourself...or to sell just for profit...

my point is,
f you're going to make an informed decision what better way than to have it in hand and decide FOR YOURSLELF, how you want to proceed.

-- WELL if you know anyone that has it, I suggest you check it out in person before you cancel, because you might regret it.

Most collectors collect "for themeselves" but there's nothing wrong in some others making a profit if they decided one day tp sell something either because they have no room, priorities change, need money, whatever the reason, especially if it is indeed worth more...that's just the nature of the beast...

I'm simply saying:
decide by seeing it for yourself - ok if you dont want to sell it, you can return it if you are dissatisfied...

Not sure if you are aware where I am located, and how many collectors here do/will own it. That will explain a lot about other things as well...
