I don't know. That's a hard decision. I think it depends on which representation of Vader you like best.

Zero finishing issues with mine and zero trouble. Why have someone's interpretation when you can have the real deal?

If you want the accuracy go for the eFx - either version - the SS bust is generations removed (apparently the original base of the face mask is a copy of a copy etc) and there's quite a bit of artistic "reconstruction" ... the dome is completely new sculpt...but it is impressive and a fun display...

I have both, but Personally if I had to decide between the two, I'd choose the eFx because of sheer provenance...it is literally the brother of the original ...

finally got around taking some quick pictures, #918 reporting in. not as good as the others who posted, but my grail (for now) needs all the lovin and demands the right attention.

original display base hold my TK bucket for now as it won't fit my custom cab.

That above pic is not ANH, i believe that is ESB, which is NOT what this helmet is suppose to look like. This ANH helmet is a thing of beauty, though i have it; i will still get the ROTJ version if one ever comes out (reveal).

I recently joined the Sith detachment of the 501st in order to get chest armor, and they've been no real help. Oh, they'll point out if you mention a bad vendor, but it seems the best ANH chest armor is a guy in south america who take like 3 months to get it to you.

Im aware of the differences but I was just talking about Vader shoulder armor in general. But if they ever come out wih an official ESB/RotJ, I'm selling this one immediately.

That's unfortunate. That's one of the down sides to some prop sites. All the information is pretty much there that you're pretty much just using the forum as reference. Do you have a link to the Southern American guys work?

How did u take off vader's lower mask?
