Wow, that looks perfect... usually there seems like something is wrong with Vader helmets. But I see no issues with this, looks incredible.

It is casted from the original '77 molds. You can't get more accurate than this!

DAMN! the helmets look FANTASTIC! i'm more partial to the "clean" version though.
i believe the clean one is what the makers would've wanted to achieve but couldn't due to production limitations back in the day.

anyway, no self-respecting sw fan can do without either version.

just hopin n prayin the price won't be too high...

I think I'm going to have to get this. It's beyond what I would usually spend, but it's so perfect that you'd never need to spend another penny on a Vader.

No, it is cast from the Rick Baker mold that was molded off the screen used ANH helmet.

The wording in their sale's pitch can easily be misunderstood, but this is not from the production mold that made the screen used helmets. It's cast from a direct mold off the hero screen used helmet.

UK mold helmets are more accurate to the Tantive look, but the Rick Baker mold is damn nice indeed, as well.

Can you ask them if they have any plans to produce a Scout Trooper, TIE Fighter Pilot, or Imperial Guard helmet so I know whether or not to start searching for decent customs?
