Man, crazy stuff. I remember the LA riots and the cops couldn't do anything about that either. So even our police who's hands are not tied by the government can't stop a riot. Once that many people are going it's almost impossible to stop.

Hope you guys are staying safe and that tonight fares better.

I remember seeing documentary about these riots and they showed a news crew going though a part of LA. Blocks were really messed up then they came across one that wasn't and there were people hanging around. There was a biker bar there and these big bikers were standing outside with ball bats. When asked if there were any problems here, they chuckled and replied, "There's not problems here!"

I loved it! :lol

We were coming home from school (I was in high school then) and the police that were around told us in a not so nice way to go home and don't come back out.

Shoot this day and age the LAPD would have a field day shooting rioters if one ever broke out there again.

The eight months I lived there, I swore everyday was a new or multiple reports on the news of them shooting people for no reason at all.

Man, all these pics are freaking insane! :horror :ohbfrank:
I really hope all our Freaks from the UK are and stay safe! Hopefully there will be an end to these riots soon!

That was normal back then too, one of the reasons that the city was a powdercage. Actually LA in the 80's and early 90's was much worse than it is now.

If the bikers control most of the drug trade in those parts then i could see the gangsta's not starting with them, the gangstas even probally make them profit through drug trafficing.

If you would've seen the sizes of these guys, I'm sure no one would've messed with them. As for the drug trade, I don't know anything about that and bikers there. I'm sure your average rioter wouldn't know enough who to hit and who not too. They were actually burning down their own neighborhoods.

Anyway, a lot of people took the law into their own hands during those riots.

What's with all the stereotypes emo boy? :dunno

Not all bikers peddle drugs, bud. Many are ex Special Forces.

So being ex-military means you have higher standards in life then i take it?..please tell me what you mean't by this?.

No. Being ex-military means there may be a slight...SLIGHT chance(sarcasm meter off), than the Bikers were not drug dealers, and were--in fact, just bikers.

Bikers that - during the riots in LA - showed the rioters they were not going to take any crap.

It was a pretty broad statement, I realize. But then again, you seem like you're used to broad statements and generalizations when you stated that, and I quote: "wiggas and yardis" were behind all the rioting.

Cry me a river..

I watched the footage, i'm not ____ing blind.

I wonder if the looters in England are all polite and say "excuse me, pardon me" before bashing in the shop windows.

Well no sh't but, it is possible what i had mentioned..and EMO boy!!

We don't need to get into it any further. Just proving a point. Just because your haircut looks like the one above, doesn't mean you're EMO, just like not every biker runs meth in their crankcase. :wink1:

Not even close dere by.

I would love to see your haircut Nam, or wait..you still even got any hair?.
