i think he was a victim from what i was told (someone was beaten up then a separate gang came along helped him to his feet and robbed him! some of these shots were taken literally a 5 min walk from where i live.

I saw a vid on liveleak of a guy who got beat up. Some people came and helped him up. After they dusted him off they opened his backpack and took a bunch of stuff, then they walked away.

Man, crazy stuff. I remember the LA riots and the cops couldn't do anything about that either. So even our police who's hands are not tied by the government can't stop a riot. Once that many people are going it's almost impossible to stop.

"Some people find any excuse to rob and destroy now. A guy got shot, he had a gun in a place where citizens don't carrry guns, the police shot him in a gun battle. Now, deal with that if you think it was wrong, but destroying things is downright stupid and just makes things worse. They need to put in a strict curfew with a shoot on sight law."
