Re: London riots

I would like to apologise for my disrespectful comment. I do realize that this riot has destroyed jobs and lives for many people. I was only being stupid and not at all serious. It's scary to think that only a few months ago I was walking these streets.

Re: London riots

It's good that a building burned down and people might have been killed? And it's good that it's going to cost a ____load of money to put things back to right? Think before you speak my friend.

I think he was joking .. The bad things with these riots is that they are spreading and getting bigger all the time, here in Greece we have riots every month but you cannot blame people for being violent just take their position and try to see how is the feeling to be on the verge of sack from your job and salary cuts . I`m facing the same problem but this is not my way to express my disappointed for my Government and all this financial measures

I'm sure he was joking as well...I just don't think a city being burned to the ground, people's entire lives being destroyed and countless people injured is a very funny subject. :dunno

Re: London riots

Wow. Down here in Australia rioting is extremely rare. Especially ones as violent as these. I know it isn't at all a funny subject but that video was the most epic riot fail ever.

Re: London riots

This is the London we all know and love. Good to see the citizens standing up and taking pride in their city.

I remember some race riot a couple of years ago. Lads (Middle easterns mostly Lebs) vs Aussies. It wasn't good.

Re: London riots

I think the mob will be out again tonight to test police strengh.if they're undermanned like last night it will be as bad if not worse..really hope i wrong:pray:

Re: London riots

I don't get it. Please explain. :dunno

I am assuming those are locals that are organizing to clean up their neighborhoods after the riots? :dunno

Situations like this just makes me so sad. But it usually is horrible events such as this, that really bring communities together. Working together to clean up and show the city and the world, that the majority are good people with great pride in their city and neighborhoods.
