Awesome shots a-dev and gorgeous setup Ash :)

I wasn't really looking for praise on that set of pics but thanks :D :1-1:

Yours have been far better.

I'd love to take some collection-context pics, times like this I really regret having no proper display units and the absolute mess I've created here in my flat.

Found some great pics on toyworld, growing increasingly impatient waiting for this to arrive...

OUH. MY. GOD!!!!!!!!!!!
I HAVE TO SAVE MONEY FOR THIS!!!!!!!!!!!
:pray::thud:

I couldn´t quote all...but...omg...

I'm going to look for the iron bar and display him with that :).

Best,

Robert

Love that custom hook and chains set up! I wonder how hard it would be to get some orange LEDs and rig them up under the grates of the base to emulate the molten steel?

Let's go Rob, I'm counting on you here! :lol

:lol

Ok mate...I stood him upright, shoulder and head held tall (like we all do for height tests!) and I make the figure pretty much bang on 19in. Maybe 2mm over. The base is 2.5cm. So with the figure on the base I get around 508mm.

Hope this is right...it better be right :lol

I sense a weakening resolve. :lol There is no escape. Give yourself to the dark side. It is the only way.

You will all give in damn you.

:lol

Different to Luke I´m not THAT loyal to the lighter side.

Those pictures are just insane...that´s...by far...the BEST figure of him and I guess he´ll stay that way for a long time...

:monkey2:peace

Awesome buddy, thank you! I'll be putting this information to good use as soon as I get home. :hi5:

Very nice Rob!!. I love the weathering on the jacket. I want that same pose on the chain on my pedestal display. :yess: One suggestion. His t-shirt is just too damn neat. Dirty that shirt. LOL

thanks guys...just need to detail the hook and t's done..

Those chains would look good just set up dangling next to the figure on the stand, even. I'm definitely going to try and display some :yess:

No problem Dane! I just hope it's right :lol I'm gormless at times!

Again, not to nit-pick, but the hook doesn't look right either, neither is the points the chain connects to it. (I dunno how accurate you want it?)

Maybe this illustrates it better?

I'm also trying to do something myself, the hook should look like that.

Love what you're doing with the chains, can't wait to see it complete. It would be insane if someone could figure out how to make fake lava with LED lights underneath it to give it the "orange glow." :thud:
