BTW I have problems with the same head sculpt (his eyes to the left), except mine has several white spots.. not just one like yours.

Yeah.. Mine looking to the left is exactly the same. To the right it's like that but not as bad. For such spectacular headsculpts the qc on them is a complete joke..

I had a tiny surface hole/bump in/on one of the cowls, apparently from the melting process at Enterbay's factory, which was not too deep, and I was able to fix it with a black wax-pen (SONAX) and some black nano car polish.
I guess this would help with the white spots as well. You won't recognize any faults anymore.

Do you have clear pictures of your fix?

talking about that. One of my Batman heads (the neutral one).. has a big hole on the back-left-side of his head... I wonder if there is a chance to ask to BBTS for a replacemente head???

I bought this marked as 80% grade condition... But they didn't specify anything about the hole in the head.... or is that kinda normal issue?

I don't know, but the guy I bought from was unable to get a replacement from Diamond yet, and he's been trying since December. Enterbay apparently isn't any better with their new US distributor than they are with dealing with customers directly. But BBTS will probably handle a complete refund for you if you would prefer that.

I don't know either dude, but after reading hundreds of nightmare posts and viewing countless images of a broken product, between customer service and QC issues....I've concluded that this thing pure garbage. It might as well be made in Mexico. I'm so relieved I developed cold feet and never committed to this cheap brand. I hope that Hot Toys 1/4 version comes with one giant 1UP Mushroom.

So I have this QC issue with the neutral looking Batman head sculpt:

Any ideas on how if it's possible to fix it?

Pose it looking to the front so you cant see the side.

I was thinking more in some way fill the gap and then painting.. But I don't really know how to do that...

Only just realised you can change the mouthpieces between heads! :slap

yeah, you can change the mouth plates!! I think Enterbay's instructions manual should explain more stuffs than just the belt and the pneumatic mangler...

By the way... try at least the modifications I have done to my Batman figure... lowering the belt + reposition de cape clips magnets.. That will improve your Batman 100x times. and at no cost :lecture

Want to say Thanks to all of you who contributed to this post. Got my master piece few days ago and I do love it so much.

I am highly interested in magnet re-positioning tutorial by Maglor but I am out of luck since my figure with the magnets so firmly attached to the rubber suit.
And I don't want to use cutting tools on the rubber under any circumstance.

Finally I got it done by my method and wish to share with you guys. It may be helpful to who too scary to peel the magnets from the rubber suit like me : p

1. I got two extra magnets from local market which with similar thickness as Enterbay but with larger surface area. It cost me less than few bucks.

2. Then I put the new magnets inside the suit along the original one, make sure the new one with the opposite magnetic direction to the original one then they will "stick" to each other without problem and no worry of falling and missing in the suit. Of course we still need to put the spare magnets from clips on the outside of suit for positioning.

3. Then I changed the direction(inside out) of magnets on clips. I used hair dryer to heat one clip and then use other spare magnet to pull out the target one.
This method works fine for me and the magnet "flying" out immediately, reverse it and attached back with strong glue or you can use double side adhesive tape if you want to restore the original setting.

That's it and you will find your clips is now repulsed by the original magnets and just can attached to the new magnets
The reason for using new magnets that with larger area is to increase adjustable area for the clips.

The shiny and bigger one is the new magnet I am going to put beneath the suit.

If you want to have a stronger holding power to your cape, you can change all the original magnets to the new shiny one which with a strong magnetic power. :clap
