I hope they do a V2 in the near future though. The elongated chin, cheap looking tie and Ronald McDonald shoes are the deal breaker for me.

I think it looks great too. Especially for EB first attempt at joker. The face is a tad too long, but other than that I think EB did a fantastic job.

The likeness is incredible in person. It's a solid figure. Apart from the tie and the shoes, everything else looks great. I have all the other 1/4 EB figures and this one is by far my favorite(Rambo coming in last).

The face is not as long as it appears in some of the "angled" down snap shots here. I took some pictures with a 50mm lens(human view) and it shows much better the way it looks in person...without distortion..

I just need to convince Kato to make some ties and I will be a happy camper. Already sent him a request...

Thanks! I got lucky and don't have any QC issues. Had to heat up the hands to switch 'em out, which was still terrifying, but damn this thing is a beauty. Almost makes Batman look plain by comparison.

Grats. It's my favorite 1/4 EB. As much as I like my 1/4 Bat, this one tops it.

Recently reposed this guy. He really is an incredible figure. Sadly for whatever reason, not very photogenic. He seems to come off far worse in pictures then he actually looks in hand. I can't really say if he's my fave 1/4 enterbay though. Between it, bats and terminator, it's a tough call. They all kick ass be it sculpt, tailoring or paint. They put my 1/6 figures to shame

Not a good idea. Alcohol will make the paint unusable, since it's similar to turpentine and whatnot and is used to actually strip paint. You can water it down a bit, but don't add anything else to it.

Then I see people come in praising it, saying it's one of the greatest figures they own and easily better than the Enterbay Batman. Even the best representation of the Joker, hands down? They clearly own it because they've posted pics as well.

One of these has got to be a hyperbole. I've never seen such a complete divide with what's "good" or "bad" before in a collectible.

I think it's down to the QC on the figure itself. And generally how **** you are with details or even what you've come to expect with the competitions offerings (i own a LOT of HTs joker figures). My figure came with no quality control issues at all. I got black shoe laces, i think the shoes themselves look great, and while the tie is a bit cheap feeling, i don't think it looks so horrendous to claim the entire figure is bad. Coloring of the suit is perfect as is the tailoring (second only to a personal kato peice), paint and sculpt. Best mass produced likeness and quality out there. Easy. It's earily good looking. If his eyes where looking right i think it'd be even better.

Now. If you where one of the unlucky ones who had wet paint that rubbed off, smudged or "fell off", hated the shoes, had yellow shoe laces from batch one, for whatever reason didnt like the tailoring, or the tie really got on your tits, or the body had locked or broken joints etc...well, i can see why you would think it wasn't even worth owning.

But it's like most things. You could eat the worlds best rated burger, general consensus indicates it is like an orgasm in your mouth, but if the cut of meat you happen to get happened to have a lump of gristle in it, your going to think the burger was horrible.

Actually, alcohol was what I used to strip the paint on mine....so crow is right.
I just asked my wife, and she said to me she didn't water the paint, but she used one that was pretty "light, if that makes sense.

After the white paint started to disappear under his chin, I decided to re-paint most of it and seal it.

Dirtied him up a bit, looked too clean originally, IMO.

I can only repeat myself, DiFabio:

When my first Joker arrived with all its QC issues, I wanted to avoid Enterbay like the plague...
I had spent 480,- Euros on a figure, I wouldn't have bought for 1/3 of the price if I had known about its flaws - that means the totally scratched base, worn joints, missing paint on the nose, the unequal length of the legs, a crooked name plate, untied shoe laces.

Lets face it: Spending about 633 US-Dollars (and that's even the lowest price for this figure, when buying it in Germany) on flaws like that is a total disaster...

The figure itself including the brilliant head sculpt is a true piece of art - but the flaws can be really frustrating.

If I hadn't been offered a nearly perfect Joker by a friend of mine, after I had sent the flawed figure back to my comic store for no extra costs, I certainly would have canceled my order for the Enterbay Batman figure...

And even that figure arrived with some minor flaws - such as a tiny hole on top of one of the cowls - apparently coming from the casting mould - and bent spikes on one of the vambraces.

I won't even mention the wrong positions of the magnets or a missing extra piece for the belt in order to lower it without any difficulties or attached wire.

All that was nothing compared to the problems I had had with the Joker.

A black wax pen, hot water and some black nano car polish fixed those issues on Batsy whereas I only could return Enterbay's Joker to the seller.

I bet a few of us collectors had quite similar problems...

Today, I'm a proud owner of two of the best sculpted figures.

But honestly, I don't intend to have another adventure in the near future, like those I had had with Enterbay a few weeks ago.

Writing this, I still expect my Enterbay Rambo III figure to arrive in early January...

I keep my fingers crossed that I won't have to face new QC issues this time.

A purchase especially of expensive items never should be like a game of gambling.

Enterbay should really improve their QC urgently.

I really miss companies today that admit existing production/quality issues and which communicate with their fans and customers in order to steadily improve.

The perfect motto should be:

"We listen - we learn from our mistakes - we care about the interests of our customers - we offer them a perfect service..."

Today, Enterbay has a Facebook profile just for their figure presentations while ignoring their customers at all...

The same goes for Hot Toys!

received my joker today, paint is good, but one foot is pointed and won't budge (don't want to break it). One of the socks is on backwards (seam facing front) and both socks have stretch issues (can see through sock in those areas).

I could get past that if I had a figure with equal length legs! the whole body just seems awkward on this figure, maybe I got a bad one but its a shame considering how good the clothing, sculpt and paint are.

With the Joker's leg, its like what happened with the T800 legs, you have to pop it back in to be the same length as the other leg.

Looks awesome. I did post in monkeys thread about this and possibly making a 1/4 sculpt. He did say he could add real hair to this and having owned a few of his sculpts, he does the hair very well.

Regarding the foot, mine was the same. I pulled off the shoe and put it back on and that seemed to fix it.
