No but in all seriousness, for me it's not an EB vs. HT thing. If HT was the one showing this figure, I would have the same issues. I am judging on how each figure looks and not by the company who is making it. I can't speak for everyone but that is my thinking.

I have no company loyalty, just make a beautiful figure that I like and I will buy. And I know it can't be compared (because of scale) but to me the HT Robocop takes it over the EB one.

Even with the obvious mark up, I think bbts is the way to go. If there's QC problems, I'll keep exchanging it until I get a good one (like I did with previous pieces with them)

I trust in Hot Toys to do a Peter Weller headsculpt on their Robocop. And possibly with the head being able to turn unlike this one from Enterbay.
They're working on one. God knows how long. But i will wait

I've cancelled all my PO's with BBTS. They mark up some of their stuff by at least $70-$80 minimum. Jokers.

Other than this being Robocop 3 what other problems do you have with this Drac?
Paint job isn't near as good as the Hot Toys version, lack of Weller headsculpt and the addition of the Burke HS, proportions seem kinda off but I guess I'm just seeing ****. Feels like they added a ton of stuff we didn't want and now the price is 500 USD. Correct me if I'm wrong, their most expensive piece yet? 99% aren't even gonna use the Burke headsculpt and the Jet pack.. or the gun arm. Very disappointed with this figure.. the prices here in Europe seems to be £400+. Not that I can't afford it, but it's not worth that money.

Well as franpincho said we have only seen the paint job on the Hot Toys proto and not final product. So we don't know 100% how that one will turn out but it will most likely look better than this one. Nevertheless, all your points you have made are quite valid.

Maybe. At around £250/$400 if I could see some good quality pictures of it. Not even the Enterbay promo shots were that convincing.
But again we are discussing this figure. Whether HT's Robo turns out better or worse then the proto pics doesn't make this figure better or worse. Again I say I don't care what the brand of this figure is. My issues are what I see and not because of it being EB. I wouldn't buy this figure even if HT's figure turns out to be crap as well.

So there's all these different little camps; we have the Hot Toy fanboys, the Enterbay Zealots, the Robo3/Burke haters, the Robo1/Weller purists, the accuracy police and the pricing brigade. I guess This figure will remain as divisive right up to retail as the ESB Vader was.
